I am disgusted by the level of service I have been recently getting from your consultants regarding.y outstanding loan, how was my balance outstanding R1200 for August and July 2025 then September it went to R3000? I have called and instead of investigating your consultants are forcing me to accept an amount that doesn't make sense and they cannot even explain it themselves. I have been transferred then my calls dropped then its a vicious cycle of abuse and I just wanted to make payments and get it over with as I had not been working but have tried to put something towards my balance. Now no one wants to assist and im stuck here not knowing what to do as also I will not pay 3k because how in a matter of a month does my balance go from 1k to 3k.
As a person who has been using absa for years I have ultimately reached my limit with this company, you do not know what customer service is unless you are a rich customer. Because, how do you close a persons main account and not notify them? Your branches take hours to service a person so as per the ATM I called an spoke to a lady who was so rude she did not want to explain what happened so I said put me through to a manager, she did not want to and when I was persistent she put me on hold then dropped the call. Called the second time the person had me on mute. Called the third time and it was escalated but still my account remains closed, no callback from your previous agent including the last one as I did request information in which she said she will callback. I work in customer service, you cannot promise a callback, then call a customer once, then thats it? This bank really does discriminate I have had multiple cases from you from myself alone. Because I use capitec, absa and Nedbank but absa is an absolute nightmare. Great products though. After paying ur credit card I am out this is absolutely disgusting. In fact even one star is too much.
I am deeply disappointed with your service as I took out a policy towards the end of 2024 but when it was due to pay I couldn't due to my previous job withholding my payand spoke to a consultant who assured me that the first premium will be moved to end of February and my policy to commence in March but to my surprise you took the premium in January. I sent an email which I have not received any response from and I called even advised the agent if the call drops can they call back but they didn't. I need those funds back and my policy to be cancelled as this has been admin that I don't have time for.
Good morning, I am in barefaced awe over the mistreatment and the implementation of slavery by the Durban Solstice office and the range/wilko campaign. I worked there and when we wrote the last assessment, 30 of us didi not get over 80% and were advised by the SMEs, DM and TL to come through on Saturday which was our off day. Some of us could not make it and pleaded to write on Friday and was advised if we do not come on Saturday to consider our employment terminated and do not come on Monday. I then sent an email to L&D as we were not provided with TL or SME emails. When I was due to be paid, I am now given the run around by HR and finance, and they said I resigned with immediate effect which is false and I have been providing them with proof and when I do that they just ignore my emails which is why I have been writing to you as it is Christmas and need the funds for my kids. Kindly assist with advising if this is the company policy because the treatment is shocking and honestly inhumane. The HR and finance are now ignoring my emails even labour has advised u that what u are doing is ********

There was a burglary at my place so my router was ******. On the day contacted rain to ask the steps to take in order to get a new router but was told I would be contacted. I waited till i saw a missed call and email. I responded with a time and date still nothing till today! Yet i am still being expected to pay even though your agents are putting me on hold for long periods and some are dropping my calls and then giving me back one ring so they can say they attempted a callback. Tell me what should i do coz I cannot be expected to pay for something you are not even attempting to provide aservice for even after so many attempts.
Biggest ****, just joined and played with the R50 bonus, then was advised to turn it around until the bar reaches 100%, did that then after when I tried to withdraw they said load R50 which I did then turned it over and now when I withdraw they say, rejected due to abuse of bonus and you never returned back my money. What type of establishment is this. My first experience has been horrible and your agents just give robotic answers dont even check what is happening just an answer based on what you say.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service the agents at this bank give certain customers. Since September I have been callling to query my moretyme balance as it says I haven't made a payment, no one is able to fix it and when I called in on 02/12/22, I was so frustrated that I told an agent I wanted to dissolve my account but requested that should the call drop to call me back, he declined and after security check the call cut. A few minutes later he canceled my account, I called again to speak to a supervisor the lady said after 10 min, its been hours later and I am yet to receive a call or any sort of feedback.
