I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za I was assisted by Relvado Slater, his service was excellent. He helped get the best warranty and service cover for my car and I was please with his ability to explain everything to me in a manner that I could understand. I truly appreciate our interaction
The only reason I'm giving them 5 stars it's because of the lady who helped me. The service we were getting was trash until Cynthia Malope came to the resue. That lady listened to us and made us feel seen, she was able to ensure that we receive our package on time. She is truly god send unlike her other colleagues who were just dismissing us. I really wanted to give her a compliment for an exceptional service.
Active motor helped us a lot. We had a car that was giving us problems and they took it in to help fix it. While waiting on that we saw a car that we loved, and now we wanted to trade in and get this car. They managed to help us get the best deal possible and made our dreams come true. They offer the best service, they are kind and friendly to everyone. This was the best experience of purchasing a car and I would recommend anyone in the Vaal triangle to pay them a visit and make sure to ask for Martin, he is a darling and Pirette made the process blissful
I come again because if want to get attention from Vodacom, you can only get it here. Last month I was impressed that they credited me what they have been falsely debiting from my account. My joy was short lived when they billed me incorrectly again. I called and no one seems to understand that they falsely upgraded me and then they removed the upgrade, however the billing is the same as the that upgrade that was made. I need them to fix their billing as soon as possible because I can’t keep on calling them all the time to fix the billing.
I am writing another review with a sad heart. After they upgraded my contract without me being aware, they took forever to remove the upgrade. To make matters worse, last month I had to pay a high bill even though the phone was returned to them on the 3rd of May 2024 and they said that they will credit my account. I just checked my billing and the bill is still higher than what is supposed to be and if you do not pay, it will look bad on your credit report. At this point, I feel like Vodacom is unreliable. They increase monthly installments without any notices and you just keep seeing your bill. And the fact that when you call, you will be transferred to million people to get help is tiring and this is the only way to get help ASAP. I am not happy at all. Whoever works in the accounts and billing department needs to be checked because WOW
I have been with Vodacom since 2021 and I never had problems until last year when i add on to the contract. The initial fee increased without notice, mistake number 1. Mistake number 2 they don't send the statement on a monthly basis, they just send the bill amount. So my biggest problem now is that during March 2024 I get a call from one of their agents, they tell me of a promotion that they are running. So I agree to the promotion because it meant I will get increased benefits and a "free" gift which is a voda cellphone. So I get the "free gift" and month end I see that I have received the extra benefits. So my problem starts when i see that my bill amount has increased, I go to the offices to check what's happening and they tell me that those agents targeted people who are due for an upgrade and they upgraded me without me knowing. I had to call the call centre and someone helped me out but I still have to pay that huge bill this month for an upgrade that i was not aware of. Vodacom should be aware that their agents use deception to get customers and if this continues they will lose customers. My advice just go to their stores and never agree for anything via the telephone.
Eagle Liner is the worst bus service. They do not deserve any stars at all. I booked a bus trip to Durban and I wanted over 2 hours. While waiting I called to check how far the bus was and I just told me to wait there, the bus will eventually come. When it arrived I didn't notice it because I didn't think that was the bus I was waiting for. It was packed, there was no aircon, it was just stuffy and unkept. Never again
