Never been treated with such disrespect in a shopping mall before. I lost my parking ticket after spending less than an hour at Sandton City. I am there almost every break. I calmly explained to the intercom assistant that I had no way to pay immediately - my cards were across the road in my office, and my phone was dead. Instead of helping, she cut the call twice, refused to escalate the matter to a manager, and left me stuck at the boom gate with zero assistance. I’ve paid for lost tickets before. I’ve even seen them lift the gate during technical issues, so I know they have discretion - this staff member simply chose not to help. Either she was completely untrained or just not interested. I had to then walk to my offices, and upon returning when asking to speak to her manager, she casually said okay he is on the phone he is coming now. All this time of mine wasted whilst I was also on the clock. I had completely lost it at this point and told her off, and requested and paid for the lost ticket, after which she sarcastically said “have a nice day.” Unbelievable. Right after this, I signed up for Admyt because I never want to deal with Sandton’s parking staff again. At this point, I’m strongly reconsidering ever coming back to this mall. Shameful service for a place that markets itself as world-class. One day, that parking staff attendant might find herself in a situation where she needs a simple act of human kindness - just like I needed. I genuinely hope, for her sake, that someone shows her the compassion she chose not to extend to others. And if not, perhaps being stranded will help her understand how it feels to be left without support, frustrated, with a bitter taste left in her mouth.
Gone are the days when customer service is prioritized. They hide behind their policies and mess you around. Contracts are structured to keep you in or penalize you with payment penalties when you want to leave, as a result of their poor service which they won't address. I have moved premises, and I initially requested to cancel. I had to give thirty days notice to do so. I had to unfortunately change this to a relocation request two weeks later, as the provider I was going to get from was still busy installing infrastructure. So they assured me do not worry, on the day of moving they will priorize my relocation. Since the 27th nobody came and they insisted since it was two weeks later, on the 14th, I must wait till the 14th of this month to have it done. I was so shocked and wasted hundreds of rands of airtime going back and forth with them. Eventually after escalating a guy came on the 3rd. After installing it didn't get activated till today and only one line works. I asked them to credit me for the 8 days we had no internet and got the response, " I don't see how that's vodacoms problem." I am absolutely shocked and appalled and feel like just canceling regardless now. To top everything off the wifi isn't fully functional as only one line is working.
I placed an order for plugs yesterday, and some confusion arised regarding the part number. I called to cancel but the boss only works there till 3 and goes home to chill lol. Anyway, I emailed him to cancel twice, but then emailed him asking him to ignore the request as the part was indeed the right number. I then phoned them this morning to say they should send the order through as well and apologize for the confusion. I also ****s d with their salesperson on WhatsApp Mikhail, who confirmed it's Def being sent through. Suddenly I get a refund notification, and when I called to ask, the guy gave me attitude. Saying I canceled 6 times etc and I must just re order it. When I told him not to speak to me in that manner and complained, he told me to take my business elsewhere, which I obviously will after this putrid experience. But be wary of these guys, customer service is guaranteed only when it suits them.

I would like to say that the service of this company is bad, but Ntsiki is by far the most helpful person and you guys are lucky to have her. She's an absolute gem.
