Excellent service
Excellent service from Andrew and would highly recommend them as they were quick, well priced and the workmanship was well done. I am in Jhb and had to get a railing fitted on a staircase for a family member to be released from the hospital. Andrew and his team did a great job in a quick timeframe. I would use this company again for any of my needs.

First and last order
Order 3 cushion covers for a couch and 3 inners (because fine print showed they don't come with these,. I'm sure many will miss it and be very disappointed). I then received a message that 1 cushion cover was cancelled due to stock. Now that couch I ordered the 3 Cushions for is going to look great with 2 cushions and one cushion inner on it. Clearly, they don't think at all and don't call customers in these types of cases to ask if they still want the order. I've now called to cancel the entire order. This is my first and last encounter with them.

Amazing service and staff!
This is the second time I have ordered from Brands Unlimited. My first order was a vacuum cleaner and toaster. It came in 3 days and I was really impressed as they delivered on a Sunday morning. This time, I needed a fridge and they stocked the one I wanted. I was a bit concerned that it was the correct colour I wanted as I couldn't find stock anywhere. I called them and the staff are amazing. They unboxed the product and sent me a whatsapp video & pictures so that I could check if I was happy with the colour as it's not a full black. Later, I was called again by Ishmal the owner to confirm that I am happy it is the one that I wanted. This company has really impressed me both times I have ordered from them and will now be my number one option for any future purchases. The courier company (EPX) was also very helpful and lovely. Well done to both companies and you will definitely see my money again.

Excellent service
I have been dealing with Angor for 15 years now within my complex. I currently manage and Chair the complex and we are known for being one of the best run complexes in the area. I could not do this without the help of those that are always there to assist at all times. Teesh is very knowledgeable and gives me great advice. Melani deals with our insurance claims extremely fast and is on top of everything we need to submit and also provides us much needed info on policy claims or any assistance needed by anyone claiming. I could not forget Donna, Le-Marie and Mashoto who handle all the additional admin and request from me with care, efficiency and speed. I would be unable to do what I do so efficiently without the support, advise and care of these people within Angor.

Great service!
Ordered 2 items on a Sunday. I received an email to say the items will be delivered in 7 -10 days. I called customer service on Monday and dealt with a great guy who said he would find out exactly when delivery would be as I was going away. He called to say that the items would be sent out the following day. (Public holiday) I received it at 13h00 by 2 smiling men working in rainy cold weather. Items were exactly what was ordered and very happy with the entire experience of dealing with this company from start to finish. I will be ordering from them again. Great service from the entire team.

Excellent service
I have been a trustee since 2008 and Chairlady of the complex from 2015. The level of service and support from Angor has always remained consistent. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have been amazing with information and advise. I don't know what I would do without them!

No Communication & bad service.
Ordered online last night to collect the following day. No collection address is given. Emailed twice already with a computer generated response. Tried to call. Was kept on hold for 20 mins calling from my cellphone with a constant message that I am the next caller in the queue. Now trying to cancel my order because the 'çonviiencence' of online shopping is actually just annoying and frustrating with this company. I am now holding again and am on 10 mins so far with 5 callers ahead of me. How delightful.
