As, with most of us these days, trying to save money where ever possible, I contacted Outsurance to see if I could reduce my premiums. I was greeted by a very helpful, knowledgeable and enjoyable experience with Sethu Sambo. He kindly assisted me in reducing my premium by over R500 and also guided me to take an "Extended Warranty" on my motor vehicle. I've been with OUTsurance for 22 years and I'm very happy with the service I receive. I'm always greeted kindly and the staff are welcoming.
This company couriers for Temu. What a disgrace they are!!! They want you to pay customs and duties and you have 10 days to do it in and their useless application and webpage does not work. Companies like this need to shut their door or p.. off further north of the SA border. We don't need this poor service from Private companies! PS: for starters clear you f....g phone mail box. It's a disgraceful performance. I don't know how Temu ever selected you to represent them!!!!!
Both my wife and I have a gym contract with Virgin Active from prior to us being married. I contacted my local gym and asked them to add my wife to my contract. This took two attempts at my local gym. Once this had been done, I was under the belief that all was fine. Surprise, three months later my wife gets a bill from Virgin Active - account not paid. I called the Virgin Active call centre: Attempt 1: I provide my ID tell the person about my query (the person complains about the pathetic Virgin Active network speed) and shortly afterwards the line drops. Attempt 2: I speak to a different agent and provide all the same details again. Also, this person complains about the pathetic network performance. We are about to check and update the details when - no surprise the phone line goes down again. Attempt 3: Same as attempt 2, however the person calls me back. Finally success. My question: why does it take 5 attempts to get this problem sorted out? Is this a South African problem or worldwide? I can see why so many small gyms have sprung up all over the place.
Beware: I have recently been ****med via my Builders Warehouse card. It turns out that this is a credit card not only for Builders Warehouse but also for other shops, like Dischem. The ****mers are getting your personal information from Builders or RCS who leak it to ************ actors. From my experience, they are given your card number, your cellphone number, the fact that you have a Builders card and obviously your name. These actors phone you up and tell you that your account has been subject to a *****ulent transaction and low and behold, before you know it, you will be paying R40000 off like I will be shortly. One has to ask oneself why with the POPIA act in place are these companies not taking more care of our personal data? My card is now in multiple pieces, and I vow never to use Builder or RCS ever again. Also, when they realize that the data has been leaked, why don't they make their clients aware of it? Of course, why should they care, they get paid anyway!

I have used booking.com once, ages ago. I recently received an email telling me I now owe them a fee of R7543 for a cancelled booking. On checking their "View Message" or checking the booking.com link, it points to - https://i32he0w9dipn.ancillaycheese.com. Quite clearly not booking.com and a ****. My concern is that the only way the sender would have know my details is if some piece of @#£% at booking.com had sold it. I will NEVER use this bunch again!!!! What you, booking.com, don't realise is that eventually no one will trust you. Shove your website whete it fits

Adidas South Africa use the courier service CourierIt. I had heard bad reports, however, I was extremely impressed with their service. They delivered just as promised. Over and above this I had two packages from the same company to my address which were ordered several days apart and both arrived at the same time. Well done.
I just received a call from an "087" number which was reported by my phone as coming from FSI Afriforum in Pretoria. The person calling informed me that he would send a senior consultant to assist me regarding my pension and RA which are with companies listed on the JSE. I informed him that I do not know his company and that I already have a financial advisor. He started getting aggressive and I informed him that he had no right to call me as he was contravening the Popia act. Eventually I informed him that I believe he was part of a scam after which he put down the phone. I'm not sure if this company is legit, but they have a very bad phone manner if it is, and they have not clue about the popia act!
I own an HP 8013 printer and I needed to get some replacement ink cartridges in a hurry. I found an advert on line for CH Africa who at the time had the best price. Placing the order in the morning at about 9 AM, I was pleasantly surprised when the cartridges arrive just after lunch time. Great service and a company that I will use again.Thanks to Marco and his team.
