My family and i went to Fourways crossing branch outdoor warehouse to buy couple of camping equipments we were greeted by a nice gentleman Alec very welcoming and very knowledgeable with tents and many more items you have a star in the store happy customer will be coming back for more camping equipments beautiful store you have

BAD SERVICE AT COSMO MALL - useless branch
Writing this review with a sore heart after 15 year with standard bank your service in recent years has been horrible early this year went to Cosmo mall branch to downgrade my credit card to a gold card was told systems are down yesterday I went back to cosmo mall branch again to be told the same thing systems are down i cant close my account due to systems being down . Why in 2025 must I go to the branch to close an account. Your staff in cosmo mall a unfriendly not welcoming not willing to help. Their lack of customer service and your inefficient processes has lost you a loyal customer.

****hole shops being bought to our commuity
Where do i start from false advertsing downgrading our commuity with shops like roots,shopprite etc knowing very well how the commuity feels about that ****hole shops. Will be driving past that shopping centre i refuse to support a business that doesnt listen to its commuity wishing the downfall of the shopping centre.🤬🤬🤬🤬

Compliant require my refund credited
I am extremely disappointed with the service from CSI Property Management. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Poor communication or lack of accountabilit Billing issues regards to my levies Despite repeated attempts to get assistance, the team has shown little to no regard for addressing these issues. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on a company claiming to manage properties effectively. I would not recommend CSI Property Management to anyone looking for reliable service.
