Took my car for a service, major service would cost alot. Get there early firat car in line. Get signed in. Everything is fine. Get a call at 2pm they are going to be late with my car, bare in mond i was 1st in line. Then at 3pm another call oh we lost your car keys. Disgusting all around, chatted to a Frank when i got there, he said we will chanhe out locking do a discount no labour charge, and we will come get it from ur work place. Lucky they found the key, The day comes when they need to fetch it fir the service, they only arrive to collect at 10:30. I said i needed it back by 4, I'm worries it wont be done in time. 16:50 car still isnt with me, i call and get told oh they finishing now. When i ask about the price, the discount he knows nothing. Why its late? He replies what do u want me to do? I got really frustrated at thay attitude. Its been disgraceful service from a huge company. I will never return there. They have no clue how to treat a customer at all. Let alone one where they lost my keys. Disapppinted and irriated, wasted my time.
I've been a loyal customer of mtn for over 20yrs. I'm so disappointed in them. I even called retentions to try to help and the lady there was amazing, but there is still no help for me. I had just finished a contract and they called to get me to sign a new one. The person was philani from mtn rewards. He said I could get a new deal i asked if I could share data to other devices he said yes so I was sold, Only thing i want is to be able to share data to other devices. So I called retentions and said what can I do please help. They said take the router back and cancel. I took the router back and mtn had it. But no one is helping with the cancel. I don't know what to do. I don't want to lose mtn money on the contract, I just want anther contract that gives me sharable data. Can someone please help!
I didn't have the option of 0 stars or negatives. Disgusting service these people manage funds but ca t even get a decent app going. Got the app put my details in and they dont send a code. The i register as a new customer they cannot detect my id, phone number or emails as existing so now I have a profile with no p I lilies attached. What the heck are these people doing. Disgusting. Not worthy to ru a business in the 21st century
Had to wait for my router gets here and there's no Internet connection even though I received 50 ****** sms and emails saying everything is connected. And no no to assist me because its after hours. Whereas when I called last week outside hours they always answered the call. I have 0 information on who to call and how to solve things because they literally left no info aside from my password and ssid and it still won't connect
Samsung has really poor control of their vouchers and the system. I bought the s22 ultra and received an email saying I have a R2000 voucher, the only thing the email said was u need ti use the whole amount at once, as you will not get chance. There was no expiration, and no link to terms and conditions. So I go to use the voucher 3 mo the later and they tell me it has expired!!!! Legally it cannot as they haven't linked me to any document telling me when it expired there is zero information. Its seemed the only thing that they had to say was you will get no change for using it. They said they were having problems with their vouchers and now they are saying they believe I saw the terms and conditions and knee the expiation. Pathetic service. Absolutely rubbish. They are just a horrible company to deal with.
