VERY unsatisfied
I have spent the last week trying to gain access to the internet via the absolute rubbish ZTE MTN modem. Order Number X8633381 I hereby cancel this order well within my cooling off period and request immediate repudiation of the contract and coming to collect the router which is just wasting electricity.

Service with a smile
The shop itself is the perfect temperature, and this embosoms that the quality of their medication will be perfect. DISPENSER: Madelyn Botha From the word go mis Botha made me feel at home and answered all my questions; even providing me with a chronic illness saving deduction. The atmosphere in store is nice and light, and no matter how bad you feel, I promise you will feel much better upon leaving the store (even before starting to take your prescribed meds). Nedbank The Grove, Lynnwood, Pretoria - Awesome service
From day 1 I have beseeched the best service from Nedbank The Grove, Lynnwood, Pretoria. The staff are friendly, the manager is friendly and approachable, and I even received a happy birthday song from the staff when I collected my Platinum and Ammex cards.

No communication r/e repairs and insurance claim
ORDER 17331 The company took my iPad for repair, and after 7 months no-one is able to provide me with an answer of when/where the item is and when I would receive it back. Also no certificate of ownership has been issued.

Eagle Clothing - Clothing City Gezina, Pretoria - excellent service!
Branch: Clothing City Gezina, Pretoria. The store assistant was extremely helpful, giving fashion trend advice and assisting in finding appropriate sizes, as well as assisting with corporate wear and casual wear. I highly recommend visiting this store.

Clicks - The Grove Mall, Lynnwood : huge disappointment
I had to get a schedule 6 script refilled. The pharmacist assistant (who did not greet) took me to the counter where the pharmacist on duty was working. She was not busy with anything, so I was no disturbance. She did not greet me; she did not ask which generic I would prefer. The pharmacist is Armelle Kouam.

Woolworths The Grove Mall - Very Disappointed
Branch: The Grove The cashiers and floor staff are extremely rude; no greeting; no assistance; extremely slow service; the floor workers filling app orders force you out of the way, bump into you and shove you out of the way.

Infrastructure not working for weeks.
The inconvenience caused by current construction is understandable, but the escalator by Pick n Pay has been out-of-order for weeks. My elderly mother can't climb the stairs manually, and the elevator by Capitec Bank is like something from a horror movie. Very disappointed. The Grove Mall was always a place of pride, but this is really slipping away in an increasing trend.
