I ordered food from chicken licken on mrD app, the food was cold. Mr D is asking me to send them pictures, how on earth can a picture show that the food is cold? I have been waiting for feedback since yesterday, and this morning I was chatting with their agent on WhatsApp, he just ended the chat while I was talking. He sent me a R20 voucher saying he is compensating me, for a meal that I paid R130 for. I don't want compensation, they must deliver hot fresh food, not weekend left overs.
Please reverse my money, I never authorized you a debit order of R600.00 and stop taking money from my account whenever you feel like it. I gave a you a specific date for your debit order, bring back my money please.
I received a payment notification from capitec on Saturday when a sender from an external bank sent me money on Saturday 8 November, I have not received the funds in my account until today. Capitec is claiming they cannot trace the transaction, but they were able to send me an sms with a reference on Saturday. I called their call center 2 of their agents hung up the phone in my ear without resolving my query. While on that note there is a debit order that I want to cancel on my account, they must cancel it as well because I cannot do it on the app
HI, I did a international transaction on Wednesday. Until today the funds are not reflecting on my account and FNB is giving me the run around. They saying they returned the money to the senders country but not directly to the persons account. The money was transferred from Lesotho to FNB sender confirmed with her bank and provided valid reference. FNB SA is saying they sent the money back to Lesotho. Initially they said if the money is reflecting on their GL account they would credit her account, but now they decided to send the money back to Lesotho. and a email saying the money is not with them. I NEED THIS MONEY URGENTLY I NEED TO PAY MY RENT, FROM THE START THEY NEVER TOLD US THAT THE ACCOUNT DOES NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS. they said it's a normal bank account.
I bought a voucher this morning and it says invalid when I try to laod it. I have reported the issue but until now there is no feedback. And this not the first this happens. I have to spend another 200 on aìrtime just to get this resolved
I bought a voucher this morning and when I try to load it it says it's invalid. I have called Hollywood bets 3 times and they are not able to provide and valid reason as to why my voucher is not loading. I have requested numerous updates and requested a refund which they refused saying they cannot refund a voucher however they took my money. The only thing that they are telling me is to wait for 48hours which I do not have. I bought that voucher because I need to make money for my rent. I am being evicted and they are telling me about 48hours. I want my money back please.
I have been applying for a contract on the mondo website since the 28th Nov and each time when i follow up they cant put me through to sales but they say sales will contact me but every time i answer they hang up! what kind of service is this? iv put through almost 5 orders but they get cancelled with no communication claiming when there is no stock the system cancels it BUT WHY DOES THE WEBSITE SHOW THERE IS STOCK EVERY TIME I PUT THROUGH AN ORDER??? i have been waiting and waiting for call backs but no one calls!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE IV EVER RECEIVED. i just called now for the million'th time and the agent hung up on me! SHAMEFUL!
