I ordered a couch on hifi corp on 13.112.2025. I received a sms stating that it will be delivered on 16.12.2025. I have been calling multiple times with no feedback, today I eventually got through to the head office they advised that the couch is still in the warehouse and due to highjackings , the couch will be delivered to the police station and I have to collect it from the police station. I advised that i do not have a vehicle for the collection and they said thats how it and thats that. VERY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!! What bad way to set the xmas mood.
Worst experience ever!! PRIMI CANAL WALK. Food had hair in !!! Our order got mixed up 3 times !!! We went on our team building , we were 5 , we ordered linguine that got mixed up 3 damn times with penne. Food had hair in!!! When the manager came , he offered us cake on the house, once the cake came . We received 2 OLD dried out STALE slices of cake that we need to share among 5 people. Damn pathetic !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!
On September 2025 I booked a ride, I then cancelled the ride as the driver was taking too long, bolt deducted the cancellation fee and the rides fee of R243. They said that the money will reflect in my account, I reached out to them as the 14 days passed, they said I should call the bank, the bank advised that the money is no longer in a pending state I need to contact Bolt to release the funds again. After dozens of messages to Bolt, all I get is a simple copy and paste text, I asked them to call so that I can explain, but just nothing, they keep closing the case with no solution. HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH PLEASE ?????? I Just want my refund .
Today Valentine’s Day I went to McDonald’s MONTAQUE GARDENS branch, my friends tried redeeming their free strawberry cheesecake McFlurry and received an error , we asked one of the cashiers to assist us and they refused saying they can’t help for the error !!! Which was fine , then I waited 25 minutes for my order and when I approached the cashier named FAITH she said to me she called the number out already , I said I’m sorry as I went to order again I probably didn’t hear, Faith then grabbed my slip from me went into the back, fetched my order and through the slip back at me and banged the McFlurrys on the counter . I asked them where my free cup was as a bought a medium meal they said to me no it’s only with the medium cheese burger meal, however the app states the free cup is with any meal. I sacrificed my entire lunch to be treated like garbage by Faith from Montaque Gardens branch!!!!!!
I paid for Uber Eats today and ordered from Tikka Ways in Kensington, the order just disappeared from my damn app as well, with no order history, however, the money was taken from my account!!!!! How do I get hold of these people!! No help line nothing!!!!! Now I am broke and ontop of that starving too!!!!!!!
We have been paying this holiday house since January for the month of December only for them to tell us a week in advance that they have to cancel our booking due to a few broken thumbs , so you couldn’t replace those things within a week ??!!!! And when we asked for another place they pushed up the price and decreased the amount of nights to stay. Giving back our money a week in advance doesn’t do any justice to the amount of spending we did preparing to go away, damn pathetic if you ask me !!!!!! So much for planning the festive and Christmas with our damn families !!!!
