It has been a back and fort story with the bed shop . We contacted the store regarding my bed that's started sagging .The ladies at the store but through on their side for someone to come and and inspect .The guy spoke with my husband on the phone saying it will take 3 weeks ..Me and my husband returned to the store they contacted the person and they said they have no feedback as yet , and then they contacted the regional manager and they said to change our mattress.Iys going on for almost 2 months and yes no mattress.My husband went back to the store on Sunday and the guy from he warehouse Cobus said they waiting for the trucks with the beds etc and theat they will be on contact with us . I'm so frustrated because the person who inspected the bed is clearly hopeless. All I can say too the ladies at n1 city the bed shop thank you for actually trying to assist us as you could see our frustration..BUT too the person's who are higher in the company you guys clearly don't know about giving customer service
I would like to know how a person can phone vodacom to make payment arrangements get confirmation from the agent that payment arrangement so successful and then to receive a call today to state that they have nothing on their side regarding this. Like *** my account is in arrears and now i have to pay double month end???? You guys are taking on *********** people that cannot do their job . Vodacom is no longer #1 they are literally at the bottom. I BETTE RECEIVE A CALL TODAY FROM HEAD OFFICE OR I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER . You guys are actually messing with my credit score!!!!!!
How is it that I cannot get through to customer care? I have to also physically go to the store, and they are of no help, and it's been more than 2 months already. I need my phone to be sorted out today still and someone who can assist me without me having to drive looking for a Vodacom store that has consultants who actually know how to assist
How is it that my account has been paid up for almost a year but yet my account shows that it still under you guys *** and now when trying to contact this company no where can I get through
Been busy with rain for 5+ years never had an issue until today .on the phone since half past 7 this morning having to sort out a simple issue and no one can even assist me but when it comes to payment month and then they can do that on time 😅😅 you guys are making myself and my family wanting to cancel rain and go with the fibre in our area .PATHETIC
so last month (July 2025) my husband received a call from vodacom to regards to a promotion they are having. My husband listened to the agent as the person said that the package would be more data as well as minutes and sms on the current contracts my husband has and that he would be paying less then what he would pay . Thereafter my husband asked this agent if they sure its that price she said and not more and the person reassured him that he will be paying still the current amount end of July but starting from end August 2025 he would pay less. Okay my husband agreed and took the package but last week he received August invoive and to his shock it was MORE then what was agreed. My husband had to contact vodacom as they need to listen to this calls as it was not an agreed amount. Up until now there is no feedback or follow up calls to him. If vodacom does not contact my husband in today we will be taking this further as they are lying to their loyal customers!!
So after being so nicely assisted with registration, I've received emails by student advisors regarding payment and mind you the due date was the 16th July for studying higher certificate in pre school education but that's not the issue after i made payment (mind you the full payment not just registration) i received welcome letter and stating my application has been reviewed and finalised. That was the Thursday when receiving that information the Monday i had to contact them asking about my confirmation of registration and then they said they see all my stuff is in order i should give it today till 12pm an email of confirmation. 12pm went by and 1pm i contacted the institution just for them to put me through to 5 different people then i just lost it on the last person they put me through to. I told him i feel like cancelling this whole thing and they should rather refund the money. Thats all that had to done so that i can start with my studies.
This morning I would like to give 10/10 for the lady named Anastacia, she is at the Cape Town Bellville Campus I contacted the institution as i could not do my application online, she then assisted to remove the old application and then assisted me with applying for a new application in not more then 10 minutes. Thereafter i received confirmation of acceptance and she has informed me the next step to what documents needed and that when I'm ready i could upload or i could contact her again n for assistance. Once again THANK YOU ANASTACIA.
Can you guys please STOP contacting me as bout a account that has long ago been closed. It's actually pathetic you want me to pay for a account that no longer exist. 10 people calling me for one account and think I'm really going to put money in nimble account hahahhaha you must be kidding you guys are like ****mers or maybe you are ****mers 🤔🤔🤔
This company I have no words you guys are messing me around and I refuse to leave this as is. My account swith incredible connection is up to date since last year already but yet my account is blocked. How the fock do I pay for a account that cannot be used. I want this **** sorted as I won't leave it like this
