What a terrible cookie joint!
Low quality and overpriced. It feels like we are just paying for their rent when we buy the cookies because they suck. It is not that hard to make a cookie that the dumbest of the dumb who live in this country can learn to make. Buy better ingredients and train your staff.

King Price Insurance breaks the law!
I received an unsolicited call from a lady called Yamathla trying to sell me your insurance. I politely told her I am not interested to where she just put the phone down in my ear. Two things: teach your call center staff some manners and remove me from your contact lists. I am on the national opt out list and will be reporting you to DMASA. Edit: they have been reported, and an investigation is ensuing. I hope they burn.

The best hotel in all of JHB!
Wonderful Stay as always. Sadly, the area looks worse every time that I return with my wife (yes, I am lesbian), but they always have generators and backup water available, so they are off the grid. It is a bit price but unparalelled even in the wealthier area!

The lowest of the low when it comes to fast food chicken.
I cannot believe that my own brothers and sisters eat at this trash heap. No one has any class, it seems. Anything for cheap, huh?

WhatsApp is just meh.
There is much to improve upon with the apps, but they are making progress (just because they were forced by a secret organisation to make changes though). I wish Zuckerberg would just sell the d*mn thing so someone can actually do something with it.

This hotel is a huge disappointment.
I cannot believe how cheap and run-down the place is. Listen to this; I stay in a penthouse suite, right? THEY TURN THE AC OFF AT NIGHT TO SAVE MONEY. The AC itself does not actually go off, but cold air stops coming out because it just becomes a fan. It is awful! I cannot believe that in the middle of the summer at a "5 star hotel" they have these terrible cost cutting measures. Also, there is no quality control with the staff. They are all rude, burnt out, and expect tips around every corner.

The best courrier hands down, but...
I love the service and use it frequently to pick up any deliveries that give me the option. I actually hate how well the service works because it is getting expensive. I wish that they would raise the price for something other than their regular delivery service for once.

A waste of retail space and boring!
A waste of space. They keep it clean enough, but the people that it attracts are wholy undesirable. I hope that they bulldoze it can replace it with something more useful in the future.

Claiming is next to impossible with these people!
It is a scam! Do not listen to the fake positive reviews. They are for-profit and will do whatever they can to cheat you out of a claim. I am very dissatisfied.

The worst, cheapest (quality) airline in the country!
What a terrible experience flying from Durban to JHB through and through. The staff all look miserable at every turn, business class tickets do not even get you lounge access, business class seats are no different from economy except for the blocked middle, there is no separation from business class to economy, so what am I paying for? I cannot believe so many people still fly Safair. They are worse than Lift.
