This is the worst company to ever rely on. Tonight I was supposed to travel to the Eastern Cape and i booked the bus on time only for it not to arrive. In the afternoon I received a call from their consultant confirming my travelling details and time, she indicated to me that they are confirming their passenger list. There’s not even a afterhours contact number. I sat at the bus station from 23:00 to 02:50 waiting for the bus.
I just received an email with a letter notifying me of my policy cancellation effective 01/12/2024. The letter indicates that the cancellation was initiated by me and I did not cancel my policy.
Don’t buy anything online from Clicks. They do not communicate at all. I placed an order on 03/10/2014 and when I checked their system on 08/10/2024 it was still showing “Processing” though they indicate delivery within 2-4 working days. I then tried calling them and I was sent from Pillar to post and eventually provided with an email for the Online Team. I then sent an email on 08/10/2024. They gave the following 3 Options Option 1 - To have the money deposited into my bank account (14-20 working days). Option 2 - Have the money deposited into my Clicks club account. Option 3 - For them to reprocess the order. I went with option 3 but when I checked on the matter the next day. I received a response now giving me only the two options with no explanation or what happened with my earlier choice. As things stand stand now there is no communication regarding this matter from Clicks Online. Their online team is highly *********** and unprofessional.
What a useless service. Got this thing in 2023 and they have been to deduct the premiums but very useless with providing the service. No updates on claims and when you call them you get placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Regret taking up this plan
I regret getting a tracker with this company, the terms and conditions are not fully explained to you when they want the and only after installation that they send you the terms and conditions document. I am now stuck in a 36 month contract with this stupid service provider. Not only did they capture my name and physical address incorrectly, the sales person named Stacey did not resolve my issue and did not reply to my messages. I would like to tell everyone reading this that “DO NOT GET MATRIX” rather go to Tracker or Netstar as they are more professional than this stupid thing. Also wish i had checked their app before signing up.
I have to say that the service I received from Nompumelelo Makhubo was beyond excellent. I had to renew my disk now in December and after following up on the process for days I managed to get hold of her and explained my challenge of having to travel and the need for my disk before that time and since i explained my story to her she kept me abreast on all the developments and ensured that I receive my disk just in time for my travels. She has such great customer service skills
