These people are useless. 3 days ago I lodged a complaint via email. Automatic response acknowledged my email. Up to date no reply has been received. My funeral policy was not deducted via debit order for January 2015, and after I spoke to a consultant he confirmed that it is a system error. Seriously. They would deduct double today. Well that didn't happen. God forbid should anything happen to me my policy has lapsed due to their negligence.
I have just noticed today that when purchasing lotto tickets on the capitec app, your numbers are not being displayed. Only the board number. I contacted the call center and yes they've admitted it's a technical issue on their side. When I requested a refund it was refused. Seriously that's not on. They cannot guarantee when the problem is going yo resolved but they take the money
When we pay for a parcel to get delivered in 2 to 5 days and you guys take 6 day, well 8 over the weekend it's shocking. I really hope Paxi doesn't use you guys.
Once again 3 to 5 days delivery with Paxi takes 5 to 7 days. Useless. No explanation, no apologies.
Sick and tired for paying for a 3 to 5 days delivery. Paxi should be charged for ***** because they offer a service which they can't deliver because they use the worst courier service ever. No explanation or apology given. Shocking
Once again Jet stores is pathetic. My card was ****** during an armed *******. All attempts to try cancel my card has proved fruitless because none of the given phone numbers don't exist. Any purchases made on my card as from yesterday I will not be responsible for.
These people are pathetic. I first confirmed delivery address because we don't have a post office anymore. They informed me the delivery address is the same one on my order. Oh well it was delivered to a post office 30kms away which I can't get to. Attempts to get answers is fruitless. The so called client agents are either stupid or can't read English. So frustrating even though the order has been paid for.
I made purchases from Jet Boardwalk and when I got home I realized that the security tag was still on 1 item. Despite sending emails to various departments no reply has been received. Even though they are under renovations and no security available surely the cashier should have seen it. I live out of town and won't go back into town just to change a t shirt.
It's just so frustrating to pay for a service that you don't get. They don't apologize or anything and Pep Paxi will keep on using them despite complaints. I pay for a 3 to 5 day delivery but the parcel only gets delivered in 9 days. Shocking
Pathetic service. They hound you to take a contract out with them but when you need assistance they are no where to be found. No replying to emails, WA messages, nothing
