I had the most unfortunate and disgusting experience with the OWNER called Lewis Thomas. He firstly said that if I am not happy with anything here I can go because I need him but partners doesn't! Who says that to a client! Called me like a dog to ask me for my surname. And the worst of all disciplining his staff and making an example of them treating to lower their pay because he decided to sweep it up just after the stylist was finished cutting a client's hair. I would reccomend Carlton Hair or Edge. If the boss Lewis Thomas, acts like that in front of clients and staff can you imagine what he says or does behind closed doors
Had the most awful experience as I met the owner of hair freedom and partners Lewis Thomas. He called me like a dog to find out my surname. Then proceeded to tell his receptionist the if I don't feel comfortable I must go because hair freedom doesn't need me as much as I need them. He would then start sweeping and treating the clients that he must reduce their pay since he is doing it, after the stylist had just cut the clients hair. What a pathetic example of a boss.
From the manager Jenette Cochrane being so cheeky and unprofessional to not being offered generics and stock not balancing on their system to a 45 hour wait for 4 medications. If there were 0 stars I would give them that. 4 assistants and being told by the assistant she is taking long because she is tired! What!!! Clicks complaint staff have a 2-3 day turn around response to this. Absolutely ridiculous for such a large company.
What an incompetent business to have a branch manager be so rude to a client and useless stand on manager who never replies to calls. They owe me money for a service they rendered for Cell C and just flat out refuse to pay and tell me ‘case closed’. R 2500 is definitely not a case closed. I would never recommend them and Cell C should really consider changing their contract with courier it. Just no professionalism and empty promises
My order was promised by various consultants after I called them all week to check that my deliver my was today but alas they only going to delivery it on the 28th and if I want to Cell C won’t pay the surcharge! Thanks to Gladis and Phahblo what awful management I have experienced. No one phones you gets back to you in terms of management.
