We have made use of this company on a regular basis but this week was the last time as we experienced the worst service possible! They advertise that they are ten minutes from the airport but we waited more than 50 minutes for the driver who arrived and got out with a terrible and rude attitude, he was obviously on the phone with the office and said “and he is still complaining “, he didn’t help with the luggage and didn’t even offer an apology for making us wait outside the airport for 50 minutes! Be aware of this business, as customer service is definitely not on their list of priorities!
I sent a letter of cancellation to this “provider” in March because i lost my job and we were moving but then i was waiting for a cancellation figure which I haven’t received until now! In the meantime i thought of moving to another product at the mew address as there is no fibre available, so i had to pay almost R3000 because i was assured that we have coverage. Two attempts later i was told i have no coverage, so i have been trying since then to get my account closed and sent several mails with no response but i keep getting a statement and the money gets deducted from the installation fee i paid for and never got! Not even the sales man is responding to my calls, so please spare yourself the frustration if you are considering network provider! Another point in closing, you sign a three year contract and they keep increasing the prices, despite being promised that the pricing will stay the same for the duration of the contract!
I signed up for fibre, after checking that we have coverage in our area, which was confirmed on their site. Then about a week later i got an sms to say the order has been cancelled. So i called about five times without success and when I eventually got through to the technician he told me i was at the wrong department, to which i told him that not even the reception is answering, he then offered to transfer bu but ended the call! What an absolute excuse of a business this has become!
<p>So i reported my telkom landline being down on the 9th of November, and was told it would be fixed within 72 hours, and after following up every day and being told different stories, we are now sitting on about 200 hours and my landline is still not fixed?? I was given a reference number and an escalation number but that doesn't help at all??</p>
<p>We bought a KIC fride from Game in 2014. Right from the beginning we had issues with it, and they sent their "technician" out to look at it three times, and every time he had a different diagnosis of the problem. Now the same problem occured for the fourth time and when we went to Game, they said that the fridge is now out of warranty!! Surely, Game should take some responsibility for this inferior product?? </p> <p> </p>
<p>We upgraded a contract in March 2016 and part of the deal included a VR headset as well as a wireless charger. Well it is now September, and after several phone calls and a visit to the branch to follow up, and holding on to the complaints department for almost fifteen minutes and then getting cut off, i am getting a bit aggravated by this total lack of service?</p>
How this excuse of a company is still running is very surprising!<br> Autopage doesn't have a complaints department anymore, and rumor has it that they don't even bother responding to queries so i am probably wasting my time with this but i am furious now!! For the last 3 to 4 months my cell phone bill has been really excessive, we are talking up to R3000 a month! The funny thing is when i started querying this, the helpful person at the branch i have been dealing with for 19 years now, keeps getting stupid responses from the head office. I get 2.5gigs of data on my phone monthly, every month on the 17th i get sms's to state that my data has been recharged, but somehow the geniuses at this pathetic company says that i don't get that much data??? So what the heck am i paying for? I get billed out of data rates for data i am paying for! Then i sent screenshots of the sms's and still they deny it?? Clearly this place is robbing loyal clients and nothing gets done about it! <br> Autopage, i dare you to respond! You don't have it in you to provide customer service, that is why you were so chicken to close down your complaints department right?
So, we just moved into our new home, and i scheduled an appointment for Monday the 29th of June 2015, and get an sms confirming the appointment at 10:00am with a Fanie, whatever his surname is. so at 11:00am i decided that i will no longer wait and call the head office to find out what happened to our appointment. Firstly i am told that i got through to the Cape Town branch and they would transfer me, then after holding for 4 minutes i decide to end the call. Another hour later i call another number i voice my concern regarding the No show with a Kabelo guy, to which he would get a manager to contact me immediately, and now we are sitting on the 3rd of July, still without a word from adt?? What would have happened if i was a client and had an emergency? 6 days and waiting...
