easy to work with, no talking to anyone over the phone, claims are easy, email correspondence is great.
My laptop has been there for 8 days. No communication or update. Website says they haven't started looking at it yet. I called the call centre, they said I must just deal with it.
I booked a holiday at Anew Zinkwazi on Booking.com. Despite the terms of the booking being no refund for cancellation, I requested a cancellation and refund through booking.com and it was agreed to by Anew. I appreciate it.
High speed gas sold me and installed a gas heater in Killarney, Johannesburg, 2019. They installed a new valve for the heater, meaning that there is one valve for each appliance, heater and existing stove. They issued a certificate of compliance for the work. Now, two years later, I am selling my flat and asked them for a certificate of compliance. They say it is not compliant, as a valve for each appliance and then one that can shut off both appliances is needed. They have now quoted me to fix their non-compliant installation, saying the "portion of the installation that we certified was done correctly". I phoned to try an reasonably explain the situation, asking them to fix their non-complaint installation for free, but they have refused. I was of course willing to pay for the new certificate of compliance. I will not pay them to fix their non compliant installation, I will go to another service provider.
We tried to book flights. When trying to pay, we got an error screen and closed the window. Rationally assuming the booking failed, we booked with someone else. The next day, the payment and booking went through with eSky, They denied the error and refused refund. I won't use them again.

I went into Edgars Rosebank to inquire about an account. The assistant entered my details. When I found out there was a monthly charge, I said I don't want an account. I just received a statement saying I owe Edgars money.<br> <br> I want this account cancelled immediately, and all of my personal details deleted from the system.
