I bought ***ari soft ground boots for my Son who is in high school, he never wore the boot last year only wore it this year 2 times. Now a pin under the sole has come off the plastic thing held by the pin is loose, making it a tripping hazard I sent pictures to show them the boot is fairly new they say the warranty of 6 months is over. When the issue is clearly poor workmanship.
I was in an accident on the 24 December 2025, I registered a claim same day and the communication has been little to nothing. I understand it was a holiday period and taking that to account. Since I registered the claim I have only received 1 phone call from the company, all the updates I have to call myself and still leave with little to nothing, I keep stating that I have to drive back to work tomorrow 06 January 2026. My right passenger back door is damaged & the grass is cracked I am unable to move. Yoh I am frustrated
I saw a blackfriday add on facebook and thought let ne get me some earbuds to keep me company over the holidays, made the purchase 29 November 2025, the last communication I received was confirmation of order. I wrote a complaint on their add last week 04 December Thursday someone did a follow up and advised the order was dispatched from the warehouse it should be with me in 3 working days. Today is the 4th working day and no courier information no nothing and I am leaving my work place for holidays Friday there will be no one to receive the order that is IF they deliver.
Standard bank stopped my account Thursday 31 July,l over a R390 deposit I made from my Capitec personal account to My standard bank account, I haven’t been able to pay for my car, my insurances, my kids school fees the list is endless. I have sent proof of Payment for the funds I have been sent from pillar to post since Friday 1 August everyone I talk to is telling me a different story sending me back to Capitec and Capitec has been telling me there are no Alerts on their side my account is clean. I am very angry and disgusted, why am I being made to verify R390 funds when I have way above that on my account that I need to used. It’s only been 2months with the account where did they get the idea of transactions that go on in my account this soon. It was the month end transactions are expected to be made. I don’t have any reference number I don’t have any case number at this point I need legal help cause this is beyond my patience.
