Poor service !!
I have been waiting for a pro-forma invoice for more than a month. Visiting the offices in Port Elizabeth proves to be entirely unproductive, as they do not provide that service. Additionally, the contact center number is useless; one can be on hold for over two hours only for the call to disconnect. I have attempted to utilize the call back options, but they do not function.

Selling things online that are sold out
I am so disappointed with the service from Port Elizabeth Cielo. I made an order beginning of April 2025, I was informed its sold-out( confusing ) but they'll outsource from the showroom and deliver to me. Today I'm getting a call regarding a cancelation - but I never canceled even though I've waited for 3 weeks, I still want my rug. This is uncomfortable

Contract Cancelation
Its always a nightmare to do a cancelation with Telkom. I sent my notice of cancellation in Nov 2024 and i was informed that the cancellation is approved: 82736177. In Dec debit order went off which is fine and that was suppose to be the last one. This year Jan , debit order went off again. this is frustrating. the call center is useless!! please contact me 0785995791

I recently had 2 claims within months apart (vehicle and cellphone). I received top class service from the professional consultants- hustle free. My claims were processed and paid the same day. I'm very impressed with their level of professionalism and care.

useless policy - Taking forever to assist
I wrote a review and I was informed its resolved but Lathitha Dakela is not yet verified. Lathitha is the Beneficiary of Thulani Nomnqa's policy,.. he fact that I'm writing this again is frustrating. What a pathetic service
What a pathetic service. The consultants are useless and have no desire to help. Don’t even try calling them, I was on hold for more than an hour, and when a consultant picked up the line was bad, call dropped. Cell: 0785995791 Lahitha Dakela

waste of my money!! Perfume is water.... and I payed over R650 for it. False adverti*****t !! will never buy from them again and not recommending this ****.
