Fed up is one word but I'm done naging sending emails just for it to be closed the next day telling me every time I'm using the wrong speedtest website or on there side it's shows it's 50 up and 50 down its been almost a year with this company and every month i have to struggle with my network and every day from 18:00 till 22:00 i can't do anything on my network and now i don't have any network connection. I had enough i will be going to the ombudsman as I'm done paying almost R800 for a service that I'm not receiving and today.
Tshegofatso Matlakala helped me and she help me very nicely explained what i need to do to get my pup Sprayed and she is very friendly as well. I highly recommend her.

You don't deserve a star. Worst service ever, i app**** for a credit card and now when i want to collect it just to find out Nthabeleng Mohono never finished the proses after she said i can fetch my card in 7days. I will never recommend Standard bank to anyone again
You don't deserve a star bec every time Martin Mokotedi helps me with sorting my fibre out. It still keeps on doing it. When someone else helps me it gets sorted and they ask me a bunch of questions where he only tell us to reboot our router and then ends the chat. What kind of service is this he must not work with people if he is not willing to do his job correctly. Don't delete my review i will keep on posting it until it stays on bec this is not the first time he does it to us and doesn't give us a reference number to check up

This month they deducted 2 months payment so i phoned the billing department and they have put me through to sales department and then they put me back to the Billing department. They can't give me a reason why they have Dubble charge me. They are very *********** in there job, i have decided to go with you but this company is not trustworthy and *****s a person's money.
You don't even deserve a star. I haven't even got my fibre installed yet and already the address for installation are incorrect. How do you run a business like this. I have took off work for the day because they would've installed it today they got the street correct but not the number how do you get wrong with that. When i phoned them they tell me i have given the address incorrectly but i have all the proof that i have not provided the incorrect address. So unprofessional
I am now fed up they keep ons phoning me every hour and when i ask to speak to a a manager or supervisor they put the phone down in my ear how do you run a business i can't answer my phone every hour i also have a job
O my word the service is **** and then they debit more then they where supposed to how the **** does that work
Im very upset with Discovery medical aid team. As i was told that when the doctor submit my prescription it will go faster to be approved its been 5 days now and when i contacted you i was told that they haven't even submitted my medication yet. Now they escalated the submission. Do you know how it feels to sit with rheumatoid arthritis pain that is so bad that you can't move. Don't think so. Im so angry right now. How could you do this to your loyal customers i pay my medical aid every month and i never miss a payment why can't you keep to your end of the bargain. I always speak so highly about your service and now im regretting it i im refering them to you as i never had any problems until now this past week.
