Metro Fibre is just a ****. There is no such thing as month - month. They will still bill you for 2 months for Wi-Fi that's NOT been Active. That's ridiculous. I am not paying for bills of WIFI that was not active. Also delaying cancellations on your end just to bill customers is a ****. You ruining our credit scores . STOP
Irene Village Staff is so kind, the store is so lucky to have everyone Treating customers like that. They drop everything and prioritise customers. This is the reason I leave all the Truworths stores near where I stay and come to this one. They are all so kind and very helpful to everyone that comes inside the store. From security till you leave. They go an extra mile to even help you choose for outfit. The store has talented staff that is fashionable. They style customers. I have never seen anything like that. So much care and dedication. They deserve recognition.
Greatly appreciate the service i received from you for a group lunch of 16 people. The service was amazing, i was so worried since we were many. Big ups to Candice that was assisting with booking, the waiter that serviced us with smile and care and the Chef for not disappointing us.
They handled my cellphone claim very smooth and within 2 days. Big ups to the smooth system and to Tiyah for being consistent & quick with communication. I really appreciate your service Tiyah. However, the issue is with their service provider hence i didnt give all the STARS, they do not match the Naked values. 1st communication has NOT even been done to me regarding my replacement even though Naked has awarded them to supply the device.
Very useless . It’s so irritating . I need to start shopping insurance. I can’t believe that my car came back with my booth shocks not working from repairs and they seating there doing nothing. It’s been Months , accident that happened beginning of the year. Now we approaching December. Yet they don’t miss any premium collection. Imagine having to ask someone to hold your booth everytime you do groceries or using your booth. I reported this on the day I received my vehicle. But every day when I call in I need to explain the same thing cause there are no records on their system. That’s so unprofessional
I have been trying to contact Sanlam for my provident Fund and they do not even respond to emails. Let alone being on the line for hours till airtime finishes. I don't know why you eve have WhatsApp line if its always not even working. I am very disappointed. Such a big company with such a poor service. Its embarrassing. My claim was submitted in October now we in November and there is no communication. Please can i get an update.
Horrible service, They don’t prioritise clients. They have their own prioritised clients. Small repairs will take longer than big repairs. To get an assigned representative to talk to is a mission you will leave messages and they will never call you back. You have to constantly call them to get a mere feedback . Never knew that VW parts take 2 weekday or more to be delivered. Parts that are in stock. Should’ve taken my car elsewhere if I knew this. Never again,
Had an accident and they arranged tow truck within an hour. They’ve been so communicating about everything. Hope they can continue and fix my car as soon as possible. Staff is been amazing even to where they kept my vehicle they’ve been contacting me to update me.
Hair quality is so horrible, I bought straight hair and it was shedding the thought maybe the curly hair is better. Fooled myself and wasted my money on a curly hair that has different curls . It’s like 2 different hair in 1 wig. Frontal closer curls are small and very short. Back curls are big. What kind of hair is that. And it falls the whole house
Food is so delicious and staff is so professional and amazing. I’m so happy
