A few years ago my parents asked me to take out a life insurance policy for them and i said okay so i took a policy for both my parents and they signed the paper work and my dad did his bloods because thats how the process works and my mum already told the guy she was diabetic and so they didnt do any bloods for her and ive been paying for the insurance for a good couple of years now and i always received emails for my dad and never for my mum and i didnt think much of it at the time so last week i emailed sanlam to find out about my mums policy and why dont i receive any emails for her and they sent me an email saying that her plan is not inforce and im shocked because to my knowledge ive been paying R941 for both my parents and ive been paying for so many years i am just so disappointed i feel cheated at this point i cant believe that both parents have papers to say they covered with a policy number and only 1 parent is covered i dont advise anyone to take any life insurance policies with Sanlam because it feels like ive been ****med right now
I went to Hungry Lion at the Phoenix plaza on the 05/10/2025 after church and i took my whole family to enjoy a meal at this establishment and i received such poor service , firstly the lady who took my order was talking to her friend and i kept repeating my order to her and the waiting time for the meal is ridiculous and when i did receive my meal i did not receive the chips for my 6 meals and the queue was so long that i stood there over 15 minutes just to speak to someone who works there to tell them that i did not receive the 6 chips with my meal and we are dining in and my family were hungry because we waited so long for the meal and we had to wait additional time for chips i am so disappointed with the service that i received
i placed an order mistakenly for the first time with amazon and when i cancelled the order a few minutes later they say the refund would be done in 5 to 7 days which is ridiculous cause thats so long and makes no sense now im so scared to buy anything from amazon what a weird experience
I did a license disc renewal on the capitec app on the 3rd of september and i called capitec from the app on the 10th or 11th of september and they advised me that there is a back log regarding the license disc and advised me to go into the licensing offices and request a copy of the disc and send the receipt to them so they can reimburse me but i work and i dont have the time to go in and request a reprint so i then received a whatsapp message from capitec from an agent named amanda saying that my address was incorrect so was asked to confirm my details with the correct address so i did so and she advised me that an agent would call me regarding my license disc but i didnt get no call so i called capitec from the app on the 15th and they advised me the same thing that there is a back log regarding the license disc and that doesnt help the fact that my license disc is paid for and i am now driving around with an expired license disc even though my license disc is paid for and i trusted capitec with my license disc renewal only to be so disappointed and if i do get a fine for an expired license disc is capitec going to reimburse me for that aswell because this is so ********* of them to say that i will get my disc in 3 to 5 days and its been well over that and still no license disc this is false information i am so disappointed
service is so bad and wifi is so bad and slow and there is forever a fault with the line or there is forever some outage somewhere and all they do is increase the price with such poor wifi services
cashier was so rude and was gossiping about us whilst we were seated in waiting for our mean and she thought i dont understand zulu but i heard every mean thing she said so disappointed with how rude some people who work in food places are
went there for my daughters birthday on the 8th of march and spent alot of money there because i had 10 kids with me and 8 adults and we bought food and drinks and was harassed by a waitress who claimed to be a manager when we had asked her about the place we had booked for the day to have my daughters party and she was so rude to us i am so disappointed with this service and i havent been there since
i paid my monthly installment of R315 on 29/04/2025 and today i received an sms stating that i should pay R315 via eft to standard bank or follow a link to make payment and today is the 02/05/2025 , i am so disappointed with this whole thing and i ask that they sort this matter out immediately because thats not the way to do things they need to get their facts straight before just sending stuff like this ive never missed a payment so i dont like being told i didnt pay for something when i did
Ordered 2 portions of their famous paella chicken and it's sad to say their service as well as their food has really gone down to a 1 star rating its not even worth dining at their restaurant at the phoenix plaza anymore
My account was paid in full in August and it is now the 1st of November and payment has not been allocated to My account as per cell c I have called numerous times and sent proof of payment over 6 times and they are so *********** that they can't do their job correctly and my credit score has gone down due to their failure to do their jobs and i am tired of contacting them and they keep saying the same thing like a broken record and they dont even do anything to make their services better i think they should go out of business
