I recently called MiWay to discuss my premiums, as I wanted them adjusted and new qoutes provided as I was considering a new vehicle. I discussed the matter with a call centre agent who was able to provide me some direction, but assured me the more complicated queries would be handled by someone who would call me. A few days later [my fault] I missed the call 2 times, a lady by the name of Dibuseng called me, listened to my case and provided me updated quotes and considering my consolidated business with MiWay provided bundled quotes with the added options I required. At the final quote I was extremely pleased not only with the price but with the convenience and speed in which the matter was resolved. I now have even new qoutes pre-loaded for me, should I decide to pursue the vehicles I was considering. Thanks Miway and Dibuseng

Ordered a Sim Card from Cell C, was handed to Ram Couriers.<br> Never got delivered the First day, I saw I missed 2 early morning misscalls. Kept on looking at my phone, when they finally called it was actually a miss call because I was actually looking at the phone and I called immediately back and nothing - just call centre.<br> Called they asked whether business and I said its actually a house which is easily identifiable.<br> Got parcel no. checked address was wrong - asked to change address.<br> They got it wrong again.<br> Next day sat at home again waiting, no package. called and checked parcel details , again address wrong.<br> Got put through to driver. He says he does not do my area.<br> Fantastic Ram and Cell C<br>
On Nov 9, applied for a Cell C 50 Gig + 50 Gig Nite SmartData contract.<br> Was advised that there is no stock and Thurs stock might be available to deliver.<br> <br> On Nov 11 got contacted stating that the Modem would be delivered before Friday.<br> <br> On Nov 17, Emailed Mahlomola, he stated that no stock has come through.<br> <br> If no stock delivered by the 20th I dont think I can wait longer. I am actually open to accepting no device (provided I am not charged the full R 699 or accepting a different modem if it has the basic features I need).<br> <br>
Was interested in installing a fireplace at a new house. Before renovations started called Karrin to estimate time and costing required. She was more than happy to assist and once I was ready as promised she booked my date and provided her advice on the best possible unit for the area I needed covered. <br> <br> Install went smoothly and this being our first fireplace of this size, had a few concerns if the fireplace or our method was incorrect when burning as we were having some initial problems getting it going. Shaun was promptly sent over and tested the fireplace and provided the necessary tips to make sure we get a the most out of our unit. Now we are quite enjoying the unit, thanks to their efforts.<br> <br> Overall really happy with the service and look forward to dealing with them again when I renovate other properties.
Had assessed a house and was in the process of doing renovations when we realised that we needed insulation. Called around and not only did Warren advise on the best insulation options I could take he also had stock and could provide a date and time his team could arrive and perform the install. Notably quicker and with a brighter attitude than his competitors.<br> <br> Impressed all done in two phone calls. Team arrived and completed job in required timelines.
Ordered 3 items from IWarehouse, 2 items came seperately with no heads up that they would be delivered. Both items were technically late, with the 2nd item arriving 19 days after I made the order. <br> <br> I have now requested a refund of the 3rd item, which is equivalent to 2999 or more. They say it will take 3-7 days for a refund which is somewhat unacceptable. This means my total waiting time currently is almost a month.
Went to Norwood Mall Cell C, no stock of Giga 200 package. They called Balfour and they advised they have stock. Next day went to Balfour Park, spoke to Nthuala (lady they called) and she advised that she thought it was just a giga package so she did not have stock of Giga 200. However she did have stock of the Giga 100. <br> <br> After waiting 30 minutes for service (understandable since she was the only one there when I arrived until other attendents came back to their posts). She got the Giga 100 simcard and charged me R 2499 for the sim card. Thereafter she asked me for my docs and ID to Rica the card. I provided the docs and ID and then 20 minutes later nothing... the system was not accepting the sim card or ISDN to RIca.<br> <br> I asked for a refund so I could leave? they said they could not process it because I used a credit card and they do not have R 2500 cash in the till. So 2 questions: <br> <br> WHY CHARGE ME! IF YOU COULD NOT IDENTIFY THE CARD!<br> WHY CHARGE IF YOU CAN YOU NOT GIVE ME A REFUND!<br> <br> I now have a plastic piece in my hand that I do not want with no service. I will wait 24 hours then if you do not provide me a refund I will do follow the necessary chargeback process.
Great service - due to renovation timelines needed a pool cover in a few days. Francois arranged an appointment came through did the measurements and provided the advice I needed to get this done properly. As a result of the service received from first took the pool cover and went back to him when I needed a shade cloth. Impressed twice.
Hi Telkom <br> <br> I signed up for the Smart uncapped wireless service at R 599, and was accepted for the offer - ticket number can be provided.<br> <br> A lady called me and confirmed my details and then nothing... I called the call centre 5 times after which they told me I was declined... I asked why they first said because Im a business (i am residential) then they said due to a credit issue, they told me to check with experian , I called experian and they said the account is in good standing. Please resolve I need this internet line. <br> <br> Makes no sense , never had a credit issue. Only with Telkom. If Telkom does not resolve this and provide me the deal at the original price I applied R 599, I will be forced to reconsider all my business with them.
