Transfer
Can someone please tell me why my funds have not yet been transferred from absa pension fund to standard bank pension fund. Both funds are managed by Alexander Forbes so I truly do not understand what the hold up is. Can we please get this transferred and sorted ASAP its almost a month now.

Good day since i wrote to you last week, i received an email acknowledging my complaint and i was told it would be solved in 4 business days. today is day 4 and since the initial email from kopano Boshomane which stated i would receive regular updates. i have not received a single update thus far and i was advised to not call the call center again, so what should i do?

poor capitec service
i made a payment of 14150 from my account from standard bank to a friend MR.JK MATABA on wednesday 20/08/2025 i have confirmed that this was not a *****ulent transaction and yet capitec bank refuses to release these funds. can someone please assist us urgently in releasing these funds my number is 0798272403 and my friends number is 0796520576 we need this money available asap!!! no one wants to assist us!!!!

I am really disapointed with the service i have received from multi choice. i made payment of 500 for my dstv compact then my services get terminated. i call then i am told that i activated another decoder i explained to them that i only have one decoder and even provided serial number. Now i am told i need to pay 533.33 for a service i never used and never activated. i know nothing about a second decoder!!! and now the 500 i paid has gone down the drain. i am really upset with dstv and i feel ****** of my money. i am a middel class individual i dont have money laying around for big corporations like dstv to rip me off like this. if my services are not continued please can someone call me to cancel my dstv services this is nonsense!!!! 0798272403

i made an application with african bank today and was approved for 18000 credit card. i was then told that my application was declined due to me changing jobs and not having 3 salaries showing i was working for a different employer in december and i have the statement showing the salary that was paid in december in a different account to this one that i am currently using. So i still cannot be assisted?

I have a policy with Capitec funeral, and my father passed away in January since then you have not been debited for the funeral policy why is this??? Can someone please call me and explain because I am worried if something happens I will not be paid. Last month you did not debit and this month as well I am worried my policy will lapse

mba refund
I app**** to do my mba with your business school, filled in the forms and was even sent a student number and sent a link to do the test after i made payment of 6400 as a deposit. To my surprise i am told that my honours degree from the university of the freestate is not recognised by regenesys. my question is why did you even make me pay a deposit without checking if i even qualify to do the mba with you? secondly since the error was on your side can someone please call me and tell me when i will be receiving my refund. i have been accepted by other business schools and need the money to pay their registration fee.

poor university
i did my honours degree at ufs in 2013, and to my shock i am told that the ufs honours degree is not a nqf 8 qualification but nqf 7. now i can not apply for my mba because saqa also has it as a nqf 7. i really feel like ufs ****med me here. i will make sure that everyone knows about this and people stop wasting their time and money doing post graduate qualifications with you. this is going on social media too!!! 0798272304
