am writing to raise a complaint regarding my parcel that has not been delivered. I received a call from the driver, which I answered, but no one spoke on the line. I immediately called the same number back, and the call went straight through to the call centre. I called a second and third time, and each time I was told that the driver would call me back. Unfortunately, no return call was ever received. This morning, I then received a message stating that my parcel could not be delivered. I am extremely disappointed, as I was available and actively trying to resolve the issue at the time. I find this experience very unprofessional and frustrating, especially given that I made multiple attempts to return the call and ensure successful delivery. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter and arranging delivery of my parcel as soon as possible.
Im not happy with woolworths, i orderd flowers and perfume for my mombon the 31st, on The app it said it will deliver before4pm same day, around 2pm they now split orders to say ill get perfume on Thursday and flowers the next day, i called in to cancell the whole order, they said theyll refund me in 3 to 5 days, the ddnt deliver flowers as well, what shocks me is that today they just delivered the perfume and gift bag. .. am not sure about flowers that were supposed to come on the 31st.. or my cancelled order
I hate this asap with all my heart, each time theres a buffer amount that you pay then never returns to your acc, if it does its after 3 to 5 days of purchase, worse even if the items bought were not equivalent to the money geeting the refund also is a process .. i orderd for R1500, plus R500 buffer amount , my order came back for 920, and i didnt fet the change from R1500 i paid nor the R500 buffer amount i hate pic n pay app

I went to nandos cresta wow.. the chicken was burnt, the rolls were burnt , their coldrink was hot , and said they dont have ice, the lady said the glasses were finished shell give us paper cups, the lettuce was small and no other veggies as if it was the last one, meat was burnt ay guys if you dont wana sell us food tell us theres no way🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
I had the worst service ever, i have been calling cartrack to come and install the tracking for me , spoke to alot of people but still haven't received services i honestly dont know what to do, or does it go with connections because iv been the one calling but they nevee come back to me
Worst experience ever 3 of my trips got cancelled but i never got my money back into my card and theres nowhere to call or access them sies
Wow wow wow, i got exeptional service from Ltd truworths kids at chrishani mall i was helped by a guy upon fetching my online order i forgot to take hes name, then the next day i went to exchange the sizes and waa helped by their manager a very beautiful short lady who was wearing a pink suit, she welcomed me with a smile from the door and helped me through out, called me by my name and spoke very well to the fellow employees and trainees, when left she was by the door helping an old lady to put airtime, with soo much passion, she even read her some of her messages wow, ausi the country needs people like you 😀 😊 ❤️ i didn't get her name, short with short hair and beautiful smile she had a mamager tag on her
i ordered online at Steve madden , i paid and got the tracking number , but however that same tracking number is untraceable , no communication since i paid two days ago , i thought they would have delivered by now because it my moms present , when i call the phone just ring none stop, I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ON STEVE MADDEN APP AGAIN
Wow pick n pay app, decided to cancel my order after i was awaiting delivery then deposited the money R525 into my wallet, and i have an emergency to to buy food we have no food and its telling me about 3 to 5 days to get back the money like what is this😡😡😡😡
