Really bad
Apparently FNB sent me an SMS requesting me to Fica my account, I never saw the sms. 10 days later they block my account and I have no access to any funds. Very nice when you just filled up with R2000 diesel. I tried calling them and was placed on hold for 40 minutes. Eventually someone assisted through the secure chat on the FNB app. FNB used to be better than this.

No support at Takealot.
I ordered a "Flex Tape" but was delivered "Flexpower". I can forgive a mistake like that, but there is no option to return the item "Item not returnable" and There is not way to get hold of Takealot to tell them about my issue. They don't have a support email address on their site and their helpline hangs up on you after selecting the options to get to returns. I have tried phoning about 20 times already.

Bad service, bad communication
Discovery Insure did not contact me once... (sorry, they contacted me once to find out where my car is, I told them they collected it 4 days ago). It's been almost a month since I reported the accident from the app and my car is still "at the workshop". How long does it take to replace a rim and fix the alignment? All I get is vague system generated sms's which leaves me confused about the status of my claim and I have to phone them again to find out what's happening.

DirectAxis invading my privacy
I'm still getting SMS's from them and I used the opt-out function many, many times. I even gave them a one star rating here after which they promised never to send me an SMS again.

I keep getting SMS's from them, I have used their opt-out option many times but they keep sending. I have never done business with them and never will. I don't know where they got my number.
