What a horrible experience with this company I have been struggling since last month to get my package Every day there is a update to say they could not get hold of me but no phone calls and no couriers at my house , when you try and speak to them on WhatsApp , they ignore you till the end of the day and then just say we had technical issues everyday
What a disgrace I had a loan with this people and settled it and thought all was done . A month ago I get a email from Nimble Debt collectors stating that I owe Wonga a R6800 which is complete lies . I go on to my Wonga account and there is no owing amount and the account closed off . All of a sudden last week a statement appears that I owe them R6800 where the hell did this come from you a bunch of ****** and believe me I will with conviction lay a case against you
I am so disgusted by this place . I took a loan on the 10th of November 2023 and advised in my application pay date is the 29th/30th of each month . They sent me a debi check for the 24th which I called and advised that this is not my pay day and their response was that I should not worry because they only start tracking from that time . This morning I woke up with a sms from a law firm advising that my account has been handed over to them , Like what the actual **** ..This loan is not evens a month old and you have the audacity to hand me over after I told you when my pay day is Now they not responding to my emails . you affecting my credit score because you a **** of a company . What you doing is ******* and I will be taking further legal action
I am really disturbed by the amounts that have been deducted from FASTA loans A loan amount of R810 was made and due to unforeseen circumstances some payments were Missed and paid late , due to this there was a understanding that interest will be added which is perfectly okay however the amounts that is the "interest" is almos three times the loan amount which is daylight ******* I have gone through the statements and a breakdown of payments have that were deducted is below FASTA could you kindly explain to me how it comes down to this amounts I refuse to speak to any of your call center consultants they clueless and rude and they good in belittling people Loan amount - R810.52 Instalment : R1 090.52 Payments taken interest and instalments : R400.00 R400.00 R850.64 R931.18 R673.98 Total Deductions : 3 255,8 3 255,8 - 1090.52 = R2165.28 (Apparently interests )
****mers please be careful Lucky I did not pay the insurance fee they kept asking , the guy kept on emailing me everyday and this raised some flags on my end I have now seen a review where someone has been ****med If you check they dont have a website anymore
This company is a **** Please go read the reviews of MAXBIND loans , this is the same guy that just opened a new website He is trying to make you think that he is going out of his way to improve your credit score but then he needs money from you and disappears the moment he gets money He has already been reported to the police Please fellow people do not fall for this **** he is a ***** At MAXBIND he went by the name of MR.Chetty He is now going by Ravi
I took a loan out with Wonga a few months ago and paid it off . I then took another one and some family problems happened and I was not able to pay . I emailed this Blake associates and Wonga setting up a payment plan in which I will be able to pay off , guest what they never responded to my emails and this Blake associates keep harrasing they deducted a full R2000 even though I emailed a payment plan and then a day later they wanted to deduct again ignoring my request for a payment plan it went so far that I had to change my banking details so that I could pay my rent and medical bills before the deduct . What a ****ing disgrace of a company
Good day Spar management team I am someone that does not like to complain but I feel like I need to make you aware of the absolutely bad service I have received from Spar in Obsevortary in the main road Last week and Friday 09th of June I went there to redeem a Standard bank voucher , the cashier at the time immediately told me she does not have money , mind you I was only going to withdraw a R200 . I then told her I came all the way from Grassy Park how can a big store like this not have money and she just continued with I dont have money , I then said okay can I speak to your manager and then her tune changed she went over to another cashier and managed to get the R200 . I then proceeded to buy a few items and the cashier that assisted me had no customer service nor etiquette or courtesy , no thank you's no please nothing of the sorts she did not even greet me. I left it at that just thinking they had a bad day Tonight 12/6/23 at 19:38 I visited your SPAR again and wanted to redeem a R100 voucher and I was told by the cashier that this specific till has been closed , you guys close at 20:30 . I asked her is there no way to assist she then rudely told me and I quote " WHAT DO YOU WANT!" I then immediately showed her on my face that I am not about to be disrespected by someone that is meant to assist me she then quickly changed her tune with How can I help ? I explained again and she just told me the till is cashed up The problem I have with this is that: - your store closes at 20:30 how can they close a till before the time - There was no manager on duty to assist or no one visible - Cashier did not try and assist and basically told me indirectly leave as there is nothing I can do This money was meant to buy supper for my family tonight , there is no Retailer or standard bank ATM which I can redeem the voucher . So my family needs to suffer tonight because you have lazy cashiers that has no business working in the customer service sector I have worked in customer service for 15 years and this was by far the worse I experienced I probably wont hear back from you but I need you to understand I have always loved SPARK for the fresh products but most importantly their customer service I have urged people to go there instead of other retailers and I have gotten many customers to come to you but I am now done with SPAR and their stores I will be telling people to not go there as your staff does not belong in a store I hope that this gets addressed with your staff From a very unhappy customers
If I could give them a zero I would I enquired about a loan with showtime finance and how it works was I need to pay a R299 then they will source a loan - Loan was never sourced. I left it at that Surprise the next month they took another R299 I emailed them , got absolutely no response from them , the following month they deducted another R299 It got so bad I had to turn off all my limits so they could not deduct Lo and behold this morning , yesterday and Friday they tried taking another R299 Showtime Finance I have cancelled all subscriptions with you , stop trying to steal my money or you will force me to lay a charge against you
I am completely disgusted by the service I have recieved from Capitec the past few months On the 25th of last month I sent a cash send and was not able to withdraw all the money I called capitec and a ticket was logged and agent told me it will take 5 days After 5 days I made contact , I was then told 7 days After 7 days I was told 10-14 days Its been pass day 14 and when i checked in again I was told it will take up to 30 days Your website does not indicate this and the agents have been giving me the run around Sethu was the only one that was helpfull , the others need to go look for a job where customer service is not needed WHEN am I getting my money Capitec!!!!!
