Worst delivery company !
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but there isn’t an option for half. This company is the worst , there are no phone numbers to get hold of them and my package is in their warehouse for 3 days know and nobody can help me! Do not use them!!!!

Very disappointed
Very bad service from the warehouse in the Free State. No one is answering the phone when we call to find out where the package are and the reason why it is not delivered and why they didn’t call . I specifically gave a note to let them know I don’t have a doorbell and should call when here but they ignore that request

Bad service
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service I have received regarding my recent order from Decofurn! Despite repeated follow-ups, the communication from your side has been extremely poor and unhelpful. I have received no clear updates on the status of my delivery, I bought furniture on the 16 of July and they dispatched my order on the 21 of July. It is the 24 of July and have not received my order

Bad service
Would never use this company for delivery , customer service don’t reply on any of my emails. The person that is responsible for the delivery said he was at my house and no one came. I called the company told them what happened and still no package. Vert bad service

Rather change “The courier guy “ to The no-show guy”
This is the second time that they had to deliver a package and nobody can get hold of them to ask questions. This is the second day that we waited at home for them to deliver because we got 2 massages saying they will deliver this day. I had to pay extra for delivery and this is the service that I get. If its going to be like this why bother to order online

**** - Puppy Love SA
This is a **** they say you must make an immediate payment then she send the waybill number of your pup after that you get an sms from the courier company saying you must pay R7999 to rent the cage for the puppy and they will refund it. Havent answered my calls or messages. Please be aware of them please! The courier company is called Wise Move Couriers.

Onedayonly bad customer service
Very poor customer service. I bought a rug, when it came the color was not correct. I want to return the product but it has been 2 weeks now and the couriers was suppose to pick it up. I will never buy from them again
