Bought spares in Woodmead branch last week Tuesday (24/02/2026), Rethabile sold me the wrong Parts. Inform them, they say they will collect and refund within 3 days. Day goes no contact from VW. Called as to speak to Manager Pieter, says on top of it, will call ne back. No call Back from him. No update from Rethabile. today 04/03/2026 still no communication. No refund. Reply from owner "unable to reach out directly." my name appears on goole review. am sure if they wanted to solve the problem they would have attended to it.
false advertising. advertised training to have 18 CPD point and certificate only credited for 2.4. do not trust
what a lengthy process and still my car is not fixed. The ad says you upload everything on the app and puff your car if fixed. 2 months later after uploading everything on the app. the reduction to scope of repair, the insurance doesn't want to cover everything. I email Nandi Petroneiar Cele to get feedbak on scope. 2 months later no feedback from her or she is simply ignoring my emails.
The agent Glenys Herman, refuse to share signed offer to purchase. She shared my information with her friend without my permission. She is now not returning my calls.
Call center has terrible service. You hold got a long time and when they answer they are slow and rude.
Good day, I bought a car from RJ cars last year September, and 4 months later had mechanical breakdown. They refuse to take ownership of the damaged whereas they did illegal modifications. On first viewing of the vehicle the dashboard was not working. Looks like they bridge fuses to get it to work. However 4 months later when incident reoccurred the car burned alternator and wiring. Bought a second hand ford ranger. Insist that the dealer service with Ford before collecting. 3 months later have a breakdown due to missing battery fuse. Which damage alternator and associated parts. My question when you send a car to the asset owner don’t they apply due diligence to check at least the safety during a service? Who take accountability since they over look this.
Inconsistency doesn’t begin to describe these people. The lady Chantal is oblivious to everything. Bought a car September 2022. January 2023 dead due to their illegal modifications. Had a breakdown. Called their towing division told them about my problem. Stephan gave me 101 excuses and that I will pay for the towing. Fast forward submit a claim and submit all documents. Jan say they don’t cover alternator where it’s clearly stated on their policy that they do. 2 weeks in am still waiting for their feed back. Mind you I don’t have transport to go to work.
