Bad bad experience with drivers
Horrible experience with Fastway drivers and agents, Driver has my parcel from the 29/12/25 it's been in transit with the courier then on the 2nd Jan 2026 I see an update that driver attempted to deliver at 2.48pm a s premises where closed, firstly delivery is my house address I've been home all day doors open and I have 2 cameras inside my yard and 1 camera for the street so there was no fastway courier that attempted to come and he did not even call me because I know drivers call when outside, I tried calling customer service I spoke to Thabang and he tried to call the driver his number was on voicemail however Thabang was of no great service to me and he did not reach out and suddenly dropped call

Bad customer service from Lerato Modise
I have been with Sophema now trading as Legal funeral home for the past 6 years my worst experience is with the customer service and the *********** staff a lady by the name of Lerato Modise pretended like she is assisting me yesterday as I requested a policy document which is well within my rights she said she did and yet she did not according to the agent I spoke to this morning this is not the first time happening they always act like they assisting but they are just gathering stats on their side on the number of calls management the staff is not working they don't give us what we need as customers and it's beginning to irritate me as a loyal client for 6yrs

1life funeral cover never ever join south Africans please I beg u
I would like to advise south Africans to never trust 1 life insurance especially on funeral covers my fard mother had a cover from 2014 unfortunately his beneficiary was his late son and we were not aware and when he began to be too I'll when checking documents we then realised I called 1 life to fix all that they took me from pillar to post with unprofessional brokers and agents in the mist of that my grandmother passed worse worse when it came to claiming they telling me they can't see the date on the death certificate and also my granny is not covered they have been dogging and ducking over a 12k that my granny was insured for past 11years the consultants are so unprofessional they can't even speak English especially the aseesors they can't speak properly not professional yet they saying calls are recorded I am not happy with this service I beg all pensions to run away from 1 life insurance they ****mers worst from Agents / claims department was told she is not insured to assessor worst experience there yet all other policies we had for my gran was paid in a blink of an eye no hesitant but this mere 12thousand of 11 years with no cash back is a struggle

Bad Service Received from Admin staff no help provided was told to go
I had a very bad experience i have actually been humiliated and chased away from the college today.I have app**** online then on Friday the 26.01.24 i received an email that my application is approved and my status changed to admit personal and I now need to register its for a Nated n4 business management course when I arrived at the college today I found a very very rude unfriendly lady that was not interested in helping me made me to buy airtime to show her the error I am getting when trying to register she then told me that this error means the registrations are closed i was but mam I am doing part time and I got feedback Friday while I was at work how was I jump and leave everything to come here she told me I need to go back home there is nothing she can do I should leave my number she will ask and call me back I am so not happy with the service received at the institution SWGC Roodeport Campus
