Takealot selling products that do not match descriptions
I bought a large 3 m diameter umbrella with LED lights. It is also clearly stated in the description and details. The first umbrella that was delivered came without LEDs, and I thought it was incorrectly packaged. I then returned it through Takealot, only to receive the second umbrella also without LEDs. The description is misleading, and the umbrella DOES NOT INCLUDE LEDs!. Now Takealot policy stated that they cannot publish my comments as it is not product related. Be aware that Takealot is selling stuff that do not match descriptions which is a big red light. I will surely return to instore shopping.

Teneo a nightmare over night!
I see there are some other parents also unhappy about how Teneo Education uses its Invigilator and AI. Teneo quickly turned into a nightmare after I tried to stick it out for 4 years through all the endless changes in the IT environment, but now I’ve had enough. Everyone strongly recommends NUKLEUS EDUCATION (NUKLEUS ONDERWYS) over Teneo. My kids and I are pretty much certain about moving away from Teneo. I hope other parents read this and think carefully about rather going the Nukleus route. At Teneo everything is tickets upon tickets and little to no personal support AND NO PHONE NUMBERS AVAILABLE. Teneo is pathetic. Nukleus Education, here we come!

Poor quality AA and AAA batteries
Used to be the best but curretly by far the poorest quality AA and AAA batteries on the SA market. Does not last as long and always and always leak and damage our remotes. To all buyers rather buy Energizer for better quality and less money and no leaks!

Poor fibre services
What a big frustration!!! Vox Telecom is so rigid and set in their eays with absolute no felxibility. There are surely much better options than Vox. I will never recommend Vox to anybody (not even to my enemy in SA) and the fibre lines are so unreliable. Please stay away!

Steers Kathu service poor!
Steers in Kathu is one big frustration! They rarely answer phone or update the Steers App's tracking on orders. Where is the Manager to provide feedback on similar Steers Kathu complaints?

Vox pathetic and non-existent services
My Vox Account number is 9570909. Vox is very quickly to provide a quote and get you to sign, but to get the installation done is a struggle and the service is pathetic. Rather go with their competition M-Web. According to their telephone intro they are a leading telecommunication company, but they are leading from the bottom not the top. Very pathetic feedback, poor services and empty promises from all of them. My advice will be to run away from Vox and go for M-Web!
