Receiving cold calls from your telemarketers and sales representatives. Please remove my number from the contact list 3rd review and zero done about the issue. They will probably reply with a template response.... "We are sorry to hear about the experience you have had. We have escalated the matter to our Resolutions team, and you will be contacted for further assistance" or "Your request has been referred to our marketing department to assist further" and then do nothing. Still receive calls but at least all blocked by Truecaller lol
Dial Direct is a circus; after 6 requests, they still can't handle a basic remove number request. Will probably use a template to respond once more. generic mail and then they do nothing. "We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our team will make sure your number is removed from the contact lists." bla bla bla and then nothing. Does anyone want to entrust their insurance claims with these clowns? Fortunately, TrueCaller has blocked all of them. Seems these brain dead call center staff hang on to every failed attempt and then waist time with the voicemail as well in an attempt to not take more calls, what an efficient setup lol good luck ladies. Be warned this "company" is a joke!

Midstream Branch provided incredibly poor service. The salesman attempted to conceal dents, scratches, and the previously agreed-upon price of the vehicle while lying about the warranty, to mention a few. When asked to approach a manager, the salesperson employs the age-old ruse of having another salesperson play the manager, who is also inexperienced and wet behind the ears. Avoid these *****s; your neighborhood bike store will provide much better service.
Tiger Wheel and Liars. Booked the vehicle for wheel alignment and balancing after advising that the wheels were buckled. Even after investing R6000+, the problem persists. Moreover, tried to steel branded wheel valves said it was a "mistake" brushing it off as a "error." Steer clear from the Somerset Mall branch.
Late for COC inspection and charges double the price of other COC certificate providers. Once again late for the appointment to do the repairs and charging 30 to 50% more than other quotes received. Inflated costs that are above average, and at best, subpar work. Omitted a damaged plug and charged to repair a functional light. A blatant pattern of incompetence and full of excuses for coming late on 3 occasions. It appears that I'm not the only customer experiencing this situation looking at other reviews of this circus act. You have been cautioned not to waste your time with these amateurs.
