They are uselees and they say they help and they just don’t and say they will send you an email but never do they are useless and unhelpful
We visited Arizona Spur in Stellenbosch for their Monday Burger Special, hoping to enjoy a relaxed evening with family and friends. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor from the moment we arrived. We had to search for our waiter throughout the evening, as no one checked in on us or followed up on our requests. To make matters worse, one of our family members received only a quarter portion of fries with their meal. When we asked another waiter for assistance, they simply walked away and never returned. The lack of attentiveness and basic customer care really spoiled what should have been a fun outing. Very disappointing from a Spur branch.
I returned a package over a month ago, and One Day Only was supposed to arrange for it to be collected. The courier was sent to the wrong address, and since then, nothing has happened — no new collection arranged, no follow-up, and most importantly, no refund. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. I’m now stuck with a returned package that no one is collecting, and I’m out of pocket with no sign of a refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected better from a company that handles so many daily orders. Very disappointed and would not recommend One Day Only based on this experience.
This internet provider is useless the don’t give you any service after hours and is has been the third time in less then a month that we have had no internet for a day and I have an air bnb and I get bad reviews because of this. And RSA web just does not help they are just there to collect money every month but when there is a problem they never help. And when my agent call them that manage my property then they tell then they can’t talk to him because he’s not on the account and then I give permission to RSA web to talk to him then they still don’t help. Useless is not even the right way to describe RSA web
The slow lounge in Cape town is where bad the staff is not professional and doesn’t have respect for the clients and customers. The guy in front at the door doesn’t have the professionalism that the customer is the priority he doesn’t have respect for the customer even when outside the lounge that is not part of the lounge.
This Insurance Is very Bad and you wait forever for Third Party Claims . I had a claim where someone Drove into the back of my car and I was insured by Santam and the other car that drove into me was insured by Outsurance. then I put in a claim and the said I must do It with my insurance and I did and there was a access that should pay but they will refund it to me after a month or two because it was not my Fault and it has been more Than six months now and they have not yet payed me my R5000 back. this Santam insurance are useless they are Quick to take money every month but when it comes to paying back money they don't do it.
This Jewellery Store are the Worst I bought a necklace for my girlfriend and after a few weeks the hole necklace got a different colour and then when we wanted to return it the said they will not take it back because it is after a month. and then on another order I bought belly rings I placed a order I in my cart the amout that showed was R648 and the when I made the payment the amount that went off was R840 and you must please refund me the difference. I even have a screenshot photo where the prices show and the time that I took too show my girlfriend if eveything was right just before checkout. So I please want my refund or I will keep leaving bad reviews until you do. Please get back to me ASAP
This place just sell cheap needles stuff that doesn’t even last a month and then I buy bellybutton piercings and then in my cart it shows one price and then when I pay it took more than R200 off than it should and then when I asked then about it they say they can’t refund me the difference or nothing they just don’t care and there products don’t last my girlfriend bought a necklace and the silver started to come off after two weeks of wearing the necklace.
This Insurance are where Bad I was with them and the charge so much and I put in a claim with them for a phone and after they paid me they kept the same phone on my insurance and never took it off and they don't want to refund me. and I had a third party claim and they told me to pay my access and they will refund me and it has been more than Three months now and they have not refunded me. they also in the begining of the year just pushed my insurance up with more than R700 and they can't explain to me why.
