Visited them on Saturday, 14 September 2024 for 4 brand new tyres on my e90 320d. The place came recommended to me because of the decent prices on the Vitour Spec Z tyres. I understand that the place is busy but for someone who has never been there before it is very confusing and frustrating. 1stly there are no staff in uniform to assist you. The waiting area is horrible. Customer service is not the 1st priority on their list. To my horror when my wheels were put back onto my car I noticed that ALL of the wheels were damaged on the face where tyres were taken off/put on as well as the centre holes for lug nuts. Mind you, my car was quite dusty and the intention was for the car to be washed after I added new tyres. I am also aware that my right front wheel has a some curb rash (previous owner) but none of the wheels had damage to the face and centre holes. What's worse is that you could clearly see the paint chips still in the holes as well as on the tyres. I spoke to ****er (the owner) he apologized sincerely but the damage is done and I feel that because my car is an older model and came in there on the dirty side that they do not quite believe me. They offered to "sort out their damages, but the whole wheel would not be able to be redone". As for the alignment; the technicians were great and friendly but my car veers to the left now (steering wheel straight) and I shudder at the idea of going back there. I honestly would think twice about spending money at this place again and would rather pay the price for more premium brand of tyres at a reputable franchise store where you will have a much better experience. **Edit: ** Shortly after I left a review on Google, one of the employees proceeded to DM me on Facebook trying to intimidate me to remove my review and threaten me with lawyers. I have no words now. 😢

I did the upgrade at tje Canal Walk store on Monday evening. A consultant assisted and assured us that should we wish to do a phone-to-phone transfer, they will keep my wife's iPhone 11 and we can come back the next day (Tuesday 26 March 2024) to do the transfer back-up to the new device. We got there after work yesterday (Tuesday 26 March 2024) and after waiting for what felt like hours, we were eventually acknowledged by someone who advised us to stand in the tech-support line. The previous consultant informed us the previous night that she would not be in the next day but one of the technicians is aware of everything and will keep the phone aside and assist us on Tuesday. We stood in the tech support line for quite some time and were eventually assisted by another lady. She confirmed that the technician would assist us once he was done with his current customer. He eventually came out from one of the back offices and attended to us. He searched for the phone and after another lifetime of waiting told us the phone was not there anymore and was sent away -by a member of the earlier shift. This, after we were told the phone would be placed in a vault and nothing would be erased from the phone! Robin assured us that the phone wouldn't be erased and would be sent back for us to do the transfer of information. I am yet to receive any feedback. I have very little hope of the phone being sent back untouched. It is utterly ridiculous that we have to be kept in limbo after we were assured that we can come back the next day! In hindsight, I should have never done any sort of business with this store. Firstly, the customer service is pathetic! When you enter the store, there is nobody there to assist you. On the odd chance that you do find someone who is not "busy", they're unable to assist you. I understand that the store is designed in such a way that it is meant to be a modern way of customer service, but I can assure you that you are grossly failing at this concept. There are not nearly enough staff to assist with the customer demand and it seems that none of the store employees communicates with each other. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE!
Thought I'd try Pedro's after raving reviews from friends and family. Placed an order on Tuesday, 12 March 2024 at a very busy restaurant with many irritated customers- 1st red flag. The 2nd red flag was waiting almost 50mins for my order of 2x 1/4 chicken and chips, slaw wrap and 4x wings. 1st tried the wings. It tasted like chicken boiled in salt water. I still cannot get the taste out of my mouth! The wrap was nice, which is the only reason I rated 2 stars, other than the price of everything together. The 1/4 chicken was okay. I also couldn't help but get the poorly sal*****er boiled chicken🤢 All in all, I'm open to giving you guys another try but wow. What a horrid experience actually.
It was the 1st time I had some work done on my car by them and Tariq, the owner, treats you as if you've been a customer for a very long time. Very knowledgeable, good at what they do, and have great attention to detail! Love it!
For this extremely hot weather Cape Town is having right now, it’s highly recommended to have a pool installed to cool you down and also just to chill. You would also have to make sure that you deal with the right company to do so. BK Projects should be the first one on the list to contact. We installed a pool in April 2021. Their service delivery was impeccable. The job was done well within their estimated times. There were a few teething issues with certain things like one of the jets malfunctioning and the pool pump pressure (I think it was). But everything was sorted out timeously and with great care. Shane, Esme, Stevan, Eon, and the rest of their employees stepped up when it mattered. Riaan, their former employee, also deserves to be mentioned as he was always willing to assist. It is 2 years down the line now and I can say their aftersales are great and they don't forget about their customers after installation and once they've received their money. If I could leave a negative star review, that would be my 1st choice. My wife made a table reservation for us and our extended family and friends for my birthday on 20 November 2023 for our guests to arrive at about 19h00. Long story short, our orders were taken by a waitress and then eventually a few minutes later by the manager on duty. We waited an hour for the food to arrive after ordering and then when the food was eventually brought out, we found out that only 5 out of the 15 orders were put through and processed. We then proceeded to wait almost another hour before the rest of the food was brought out. This is not my 1st time at this Bossa and not the 1st time the service was not up to scratch. The evening was completely ruined as most of our guests were hungry and tired and the children were restless. Eventually, they ended up giving us a discount on the total bill but even that could not take the distaste out of my mouth I have for this restaurant now, and certainly will never go back
I placed my order on their website on Wednesday 25/10/2023 at 09h43. It showed a delivery date of Thursday 26/10/2023. I went through with the order ONLY because the scheduled delivery date was before Friday 27/10/2023 (the day I had to leave the province for the weekend). By 18h00 on Thursday 27/10/2023 my order had still not arrived and I proceeded to try and call their number which was offline by now obviously. I mailed them and requested a refund. I did not want the courier to arrive the next day in front of an empty place and never hear from them again. They rep**** the next day 27/10/2023 to say my refund would be processed and that I would receive an update as to when that will be. What irritates me is that I ONLY ordered because the delivery was scheduled for Thursday and I made arrangements for someone to be home on that day to receive the order!!! I would advise people to be very wary of their supposed delivery dates and to make use of this service only as a last resort and not bank on this order being fulfilled in time. Highly disappointed with what is supposed to be a great and convenient tool.
I ordered two 1/4 chickens. One breast and one leg. I got back home and both were legs. This is not the 1st time they get my order wrong here. Very disappointing
