We applied for an account with Rubicon 3-4 months ago and still haven't heard back from them regarding the status of our account. They always have excuses, i.e. the person who dealt with our app left or they blame oversight. Really, really ridiculous.
Hi, I took an upgrade with MTN and delivery outsourced to DSV. DSV contacted me to make arrangements for delivery, which should have taken place yesterday afternoon between 14:00-16:00. I called the DSV call centre to follow up at around 15:00 and apparently the driver was in Pretoria area. The delivery never took place. I didn't receive a call notifying me that my delivery would not place as per arrangement. When I called this morning, the customer service team tried to make new arrangements for delivery, which I refused to do, as it will probably fail again. What is the point of making arrangements if DSV don't stick to these nor have the courtesy to call the customer to inform them of delays? Kindly sort this out and ensure that I receive my phone today.
I upgraded to a new handset, iPhone 6s, with a new LTE simcard on Friday 30 October. The activation of my new sim was supposed to have happened within 24 hours. This didn't happen as I didn't reply \yes"to the sms I received regarding my sim swap. The consultant didn't tell me that I would receive an sms.<br> <br> I then went in to the MTN shop in Brooklyn Design Quarter on Monday 2 November to re-activate my sim. They said it would take anything between 2-24 hours to activate. Again"
