Temu promised free shipping as I order headsets, I had great offers with free delivery from Amazon and Takealot but preferred Temu as I could get headsets and shoes on free shipping . Temu what is free shipping? I needed headsets first week of Jan 2026 and have since asked you to cancel this order. Support promised to prioritise this request but it’s 48hours and I did not receive any refund
I placed a quick R50 bet last night, yes as usual all the obvious matches were disabled as I tried to place my bets. Well I'm not greedy I am happy with a 2match or 4 match slip. I placed a one goal bet directly on South Africa, as South Africa v Cameroon . I then placed a bet saying PSG will score on both halves against Paris. PSG scored 45' then 59' making a slip a win. Now I am wondering as I terribly had loosing tickets last week which is now suspicious. Topbets, is it fair that when a client is suppose to withdraw his/her earnings they should first wait for your approval. You have done well with updating your website but left out a very important aspect that involves consumers 'withdrawals. Clients are looking for convenience. Its funny how one can easily deposit and no approval is needed but to withdraw it is such a headache. You have our banking details, why cant the withdrawal be linked directly to one's bank account. With the improvements done to your site sure the IT guy may have an idea on linking each withdrawal to your bank account. Convenience that's all I am asking. Topbets you can do better
Thank you Tophet's, for listening I am not very good with soccer but all I was begging Tophet's to do for 2years now, its to stop tempering with my bets and let me play like any other customer. Tempering with the screen every time when I am online, My stakes are less than a R100 but why I would be treated this way by Tophet's . This company would have a team that played during the day still available on the selection list and early this year when I noticed that I thank God because I could re-bet on known results and make the money I lost. Their screen could not allow me access but then I realized this was for their selected few to place bets. Live games will come on the screen with great odds and when trying to place a bet I was personally sidelined. This is sad for I have lost money on this betting site and some of my bet slips were tempered with. Sadly their Aaron would handle my 'queries' like another trash. I kept loosing on their site but was determine to correct this not only for me but all who would take their only money and bet. I approach Gambling board with this query and was asked to gather proof of which I am collecting screenshots. Most recently I wrote again to their Mr Know-it-all Aaron Modiba complaining and sending him screenshots of played games that were repeated throughout the night only for selected players to place bets but my letter was neglected. Aaron all I have been asking you to do is 'leave my bet slips alone, secondly 'stop tempering with my portal' . However, I am somehow relieved after my last review at least the portal is clear, I can place bets like everyone, fairly win or loose but after having unfairly loosing so much money. II bet soccer with different online companies but I only encounter problems with 'tempered betslips '. Their Aaron has grown so pompous and disregard clients, which makes me think he may be behind my bets being tempered with or system behaves each time I am online late Have since addressed the Gambling board as I am unhappy with treatment from Topbets and all they needed was 'a proof', which I am now compiling every screenshots I write for lately all my slips are loosing on their site, well I have decreased my bets, but last night I played a 3team slip for R30 paying R147 or so. Well their odds are'nt the best. Waking up this morning only to check my ticket has lost with Tarxien Raiinbow v Gzira Utd, but how because looking at the feature there was no match for the two scheduled last night. And Gzira never lost against this team. It is all Aaron who will temper the system cause mostly we play either games that were already played and obviously this is to favor a certain group. Each time you play in the night with such a feature, the system will behave and I am taking video for all we need is fair play. I write with a heavy heart,greatly disappointed by SHEIN Online.The online picture looks fantastic and one may wish to buy all your merchandise. I was greatly disappointed when my order arrived and the Nasa’ top n trouser looked n felt so cheap.SHEIN this is terrible especially for the price one is willing to pay when purchasing online.Now since the other merchandise was a wrong fit I immediately asked for two items to be returned.I was suppose to be refunded R186 but when I check my dashboard it says I’m going to receive R76.SHEIN I didn’t keep the two items in less than 24hours they were sent back.Kindly refund me my R186 please and keep your **** cheap items.
Yesterday 20.12.2024 only noticed from 8h45 when I was trying to place my bets,Topbets system was tempered.Chances for one to make good cash yesterday were great as it was payday n with good matches lined up.Jooo,Topbets ****s! Their system froze for hours,when trying to speak to chat line you are terribly ignored.The worst communication line ever! This company cares less about client care! I don’t know if they understand the value of a customer? I thought I will let it pass but No! I love Boxer,they are so affordable but the manager from Boxer Chris Hani will make you hate Boxer.That lady she has no respect for a client or see value in a person.It was not a first incident where I ask for a manager to intervene but instead I got so disappointed with how I was treated.The week of Black Friday sale I was visiting the store daily to see what time each product is made available with ease.I then noticed Mac to be made available to first customers in the morning.Since I could only have enough cash on Friday then with ‘Black Friday sale’ I got to the shop nice and early 5am,was patient enough and willing to wait for them to open.As they opened at 6am everyone questioned the 2kg Mac.Only to be told it is not available,I then asked how do you run a Black Friday special n on the ‘Black Friday’ you don’t have the item.It was sad to hear people that were standing with us on the que saying they were told not to leave the store as Mac is available.I was too tired,irritable to fight or argue.Helplessly I made my way to Lesedi were a customer is valued and your shopping experience is one to treasure.Its so unfortunate that most things are accessible in Chris Hani n not Lesedi. Boxer if possible take this manager for an attitude training or have a trained customer experience manager for Chris Hani who will handle all our queries.The current manager there is a No no.
