Have had no internet connection since 6.05pm on the 17th of March. It is now 2.31pn on the 18th of March and still no connection or feedback. Vox who is the partner has no customer support training as calling for hem for feedback has been completely exhausting. All they seem to do is sit around and wait for nothing. They do not want customers to call Openserve but they are not even willing to go ask for feedback. As a usiness person, having no internet for almost 24 hours without communication from the service provider is pathetic I would never recommend this service to anyone. Unhappy Customer
Good day, I am really disappounted in the staff and process at the Telkom outlet at the Bryanston Shopping Centre. I upgraded my phone almost two weeks ago. It was a phone with a Samsung Tablet bundle. You till today we have still not received the phone or the tablet because every single time they say there is no stop. I do t understand how Telkom advertises phones without having stick. I am so syck and tired if the store, the people are so unhelpful. If I get my contract to approved with MTN, I will cancel all my Telkom contracts. It is the most useless company ever.
This is the worst Fibre company to exist in South Africa. We have not had internet foe 2 days, we logged a call and 23 hours no response. We had to call back the next day in order to get an answer. Not one person from this ysejwsz provider called us to say there are issues with the network. Bryanston requires other services providers like Evotel. Evotel has impeccable service abd their network nevce drops. They treat their customers so well and never fail to answer a question or query The service from Open Swerve is pathetic avd they act like they doing us a favor but we pay more the R1500 per month on wifi which we don't get to use. You ppl need serous training in customer service. A most unhappy customer
Good day, I recently moved to Bryanston and I thought that since Checkers at the Bryanston Shopping Centre was so close, I would go there to buy groceries for my home. Biggest mistake, as I had never in my life experienced such miserable employees. They don't greet, they don't smile and they act like I must pack the groceries. The only person who was friendly at that store was a lady that worked at the bakery. I will never go back to a store where employees make you feel like they are doing you a favor by serving you. Pathetic Service, does not even respond to my complaint on social media.
Good day, I went to the the Nedbank Trade Route branch to collect my supplementary card. We had made an appointment for 9:30am and when we arrived we were told to wait. We were then given a ticket number and told to wait for another staff member, still 20 minutes later no help. I was under the impression that we make appointments so we don't have to wait. I asked the sales team leader on duty why are you justify us having to wait as we made an appointment. She very abruptly told me that she is talking to my husband who is the customer and not me. Is this the kind of customer service you offer, pathetic. She presuming that I am not a customer was beyond belief as I was there to collect my card as my salary is also deposited into that account and I pay part of those bsnkeer fees. I am very unimpressed and I will not tolerate people with no customer service skills. I want an official from the sales team leader at the Nedbank Trade Route branch regards
