I am such a loyal customer yet get the worst service. Vouchers of R30 and R50 don't suffice for the terrible service experienced today by Mr Delivery and Nuri Sushi
The worst experience with them today. I am a loyal customer, yet I received half my order and couldn't get hold of them or the Mr Delivery driver or Mr Delivery customer service for more than 2 houra. Yet the driver promised he would return the rest of my order. I still have not received any confirmation that I would receive a refund either.
Reviewed the Kenwood air fryer oven, the product was used, the box damaged and in a disgusting used state. I was also charged twice for the same item
Their payment methods and reconnection process is terrible. The user/customer experience with this service provider is really unpleasant and frustrating. I've had issues with my bank because my phone was ******, my debit could not be paid on the 1st, I've been trying to get reconnected for close to 3 hours now as they are still unable to provide me with an alternate payment method, as their system is not allowing me to make a online card payment. The customer care agents are not proficient enough to tend to queries most of the time. In the meantime I'm losing work hours as I work remotely.
The new online interface for TFG (Bash) is terrible. The old interface with user friendly and logically organised. Really off putting to use. The search function is useless.
