Asked the Insurer to give me a statement of claims for the last 3 years, this I received within 1 day. It showed 3 claims, all of exactly the same amount. TO THE CENT. I of course queried this. 1st email 19 Sept 2nd email 22 Sept 3rd email 28 Sept 1st Acknowledgement from a person 28 Sept with promises to finalize on the day Can I please have a proper statement of the claims for the last 3 years or a detailed explanation of why all amounts are exactly the same
Employees dont seem to know their products and waht to do with them. I have a longstanding problem with not being able to receive international SMS (yes I went through all the steps to change config even replaced the SIM at my cost). I thought let me go and change to ESIM on my new phone. Took the time to get my wife to the physical store to co sign etc. You cant do ESIM swap online (no idea why not - ridiculous). NOTE it is a Fiber connect deal with Cell phone. I told The lady helping me this at the start of the engagement. Sorry I cant help you I can just sell you the ESIM. I agreed to this and we completed the necessary paperwork, at this stage my wife left as the clerk said she is done. Clerk came back with ESIM, all of a sudden she could do the whole process, I agreed again. She started the process and all of a sudden o sorry this is a Fibre deal I cant help AND call your wife there is more docs to be signed and I have to call the Call Center. I got up and walked out, If only they stuck to their initial story but no. I have no trust in the brand, frankly I am too scared to change my SIM now I am worried this will be stuffed up

Absolutely useless. Refer to my complaint on the 2nd of November on hello peter and my call logged 1110303105 Still not resolved. I CAN NOT WORK BECAUSE OF YOU..... I need to receive international SMS's to validate myself on the work applications. I am currently on a call with the call centre, over an hour absolutely ridiculous. Phone Customer care sorry cant help you, phone technical ( on the 3rd they logged a ticket) now it is not with them I need to phone fiber, phone fibre customer care, YOU guessed it, no it is not with them it has to go to Fibre technical. Phone fiber technical only to be told sorry no, it has to go to phone customer care Asking for a manager yea right, you will have better luck finding hens teeth Can a manager call me back? I am done with the useless F$ck you attitude of your call centre staff COME ON MAN, I NEED TO WORK FOR A LIVING
I don't understand why I have to be authenticated over and over on the same call? Being authenticated by one person should be enough why again and again if I am being transferred by your agents to another agent because they cant resolve a query. Waste of time and increasing you required staff numbers. Then to put the cherry on top the agents can either not hear me (full bars on myside), or the phone conveniently goes dead if they cant assist My query, why can I receive SMS's from local numbers but not from international numbers? I have a work account that has to be authenticated by Microsoft and WeCom daily (International numbers). I cant get my OTP's which mean I cant work. I have removed trucaller and message blocking options from my Samsung phone. The problem is still there. Restarts does nothing
Stop calling me. 6 months of harassment, I am not Sibusiso. Every time you call you say you will remove my number. Asking to speak to a manager is useless, are there any managers working there?
I am typing this as Im holding for service What I thought would be a quick phone call to acertain what was on my budget account turned into a marathon 20 minutes of waiting for someone to help and being transferred to various other people I called the number listed on my online profile as my PVT banker, got through to another person that couldnt help me. Was then transferred somewhere else only to be told I am at the wrong Suite. I then asked for a manager only to be told no one is available to take my call. Asking for the managers manager I was told this person was on leave. I asked what this persons name was and was told it is Loazi Rago. I phoned in again and asked for Loazi was speaking to him within another 10 minutes of waiting. My request is simple take action against the agents as follow 1 The agent that told me she couldnt help me and transferred me 2 The agent that lied about the manager being on leave 3 All involved that transferred me to the incorrect departments Also fix what ever needs to be fixed on my profile in terms of the phone numbers so that I NEVER have to battle like this again
Moved over to MTN a while back and have been having some issues but no means to fix it.<br> <br> I have logged a query ref # 6044415. One week no response<br> <br> My Problems are as follow:<br> 1. Cant dial the help center at 173 or 083173<br> 2. Cant send or receive MMS<br> 3. Data randomly disconnects leaving me with a exclamation mark over the signal strength<br> 4.
