I bought material at Builders Warehouse Midrand on the 5th of December 2025 & was told to come for collection on the 12th of December 2025. I had arranged my own transport for the material to be picked up at the store and delivered in North West, about 280km away from the store. Upon arriving at the store on the 12th, my material was not even prepared - resulting in wasted transport charges. I was told to come the following day, 13th. And to say that the 13th was a disaster is an understatement! I have missing items on my order and a shabby job was done.
I bought material at Build It Lichtenburg, North West on the 29th of December 2025, and was told that the material would be ready for collection only on the 30th of December. I arrived at the shop on the 30th of December like I was told. Only to find that my material wasn't ready and was given lots of excuses. I had hired transport to go collect the material and paid a fee for it. Now I've lost that money. Terrible customer service!🚮
I was helped by Nazeem Karriem to switch my vehicle insurance. He was patient & explained all the details. He answered all my questions fully & I was comfortable with the switch.
I'm going through a frustrating process of waiting for my refund from Air Seychelles with slow/no responses from the airline. I purchased return tickets & the tickets were not issued. I was told that my money would be refunded within 3-5 business days. Today marks the 6th business day according to my calendar. If there was timely or even proper communication from the airline, then I'd be willing to understand. But having no form of communication is frustrating & an inconvenience.
The consultant thoroughly explained all the details I needed to know.
I've since been waiting for a technician to be sent to my house to complete the installation & line activation. I've been waiting since last year.😞
Vodacom doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating. They deserve to be shut down! Their fibre department is a nightmare. I've been having serious issues with them for months now regarding my account. Absolute NONSENSE!
I have a fibre line with Vodacom. I don't get monthly account statements and I don't even get debited on the correct date. I'm not sure who authorized the different days on which they debit my account. Their call center consultants are never sure of anything and it's never their fault. 1 consultant even told me that my issue is Vodacom's fault and not hers. I mean, doesn't she represent Vodacom? I once worked for Vodacom and had no issues with anything cellphone or fibre related. But since now I'm an external customer, it's problem after problem! I'm disgusted!
Louise Wepener of Pentravel (DUR) was awesome! We had a seamless trip to Zanzibar! Definitely using Pentravel for future travel plans!
