Well-built printer I've started printing my T-shirts and will be trying it on many more materials.
I app**** last year, I completed the pre assessment phase 2024/06/07, all my documents were submitted but they took so long they had to keep asking me to update them,I completed all the forms they sent me to their specs and to this day I have not received anything from them, how are they supposed to help the youth start and grow businesses if it's take nearly a year for me just to get an update as to when they will send me the things I need to grow my business, I have now not been able to start for as long as I have been waiting for them.
Terrible customer service My fiance took out a cellphone contract with Cell C which was paid off last year, there were some issues with the reference number which according to them has been fixed, but today we are still seeing that the contract is in arrears and is now reflecting badly on his credit record. He has been calling them and everytime he calls they say that the issue has been sorted but it still has not been sorted, this is really terrible customer service, struggling to get one simple thing done for months

Honestly dealing with Vox is always a struggle I sincerely do not understand why I have to struggle to get information out of their employees for a service that I am paying for, I have been struggling for three days just to find out why my money was returned to my account. That's it. That's all I've wanted to know for the last three days. This company is exhausting to deal with in so many ways honestly there has not been one time where I felt completely satisfied with they customer service from the beginning of my query, I always have to be a Karen before I get helped. I try to avoid dealing with them as much as possible because it is ridiculous.
Had a forced entry at my house last night,my alarm did not go off so when we got home we had to call them, when asked why the alarm did not go off I was told by the officer that the guy must have been crawling, this after we were told that the system would pick up any and all movement, I spoke tonthe officer who told me he had to wait for his superior before he could do anything, when the superior came neither on of them did anything really I then asked what we could do to rectify and prevent this situation, they told me they could send a technician that I have to pay for, why should I pay for a fault I your system I'm addition to paying thousands of rands per year? The superior told me he would have someone call me today, it's 22:20 and I have received not even a call with regard to this situation.
We decided to go with vox but we received and sms for billing before the router was delivered, received a router without a manual we then had to go around and look to fine how to set the router in, we hit a snag while setting the router up and I've been told to contact tech support, I've called so many times and I've held the line for longer than I ever care to and I still have not been able to talk to a consultant, everytime I make contact it's an automated service that tells me to email a different account that just responds by giving me a ticket, I am honestly appaled, your service delivery should at the very least be half of what you promise
