Bad Review.
Shobrite in the market in durban always sell expired items.Bread sometimes unfresh...I've encountered this several times.

Worst service
Worst traumatic experience ever. I've been waiting on a refund for months now. All i get response of is that my bank details are invalid.I've been waiting a telephonic appointment for a month guess what i never receive a call. I called today they said their system is down.

Poor ridiculous wait on Payment!!! 😐
I'm experiencing a difficulty time with regards my claim, & it has long pass the turnaround time Its frustrating to keep doing follow up & being told query is being escalated with no solution!!! Department of Labour is falling me. Submitted all required documents I'm being told that it the system I'm tired of waiting I want my money!!!!

Pay back my money I’ve been patient for too long…
Money was debited from my company from this company I have no loan with them they promised to pay me back on the 15 th up until today & this is 3 weeks later.I’ve been speaking to Cherna who keeps making empty promises.

While Iua has no answers or any facts or turn around time & shifting everything to Hollard.
I’ve sent emails even contacted Hollard about this which I’m being told it Hollard that needs to make a decision…Dear Hollard how long is your turn around time on a funeral policy? Please explain to me all the facts it’s over a month now is someone in your offices not doing their job? Are we supposed to wait for the whole year for yourl to review the claim what’s happening?
