Bad customer service
I asked for my company details to be added to the booking and the invoice when I collected the car. The agent at the office said that this was done. After dropping off the car I received an invoice for the fuel without my company details. Teboho Mahanyele refuses to add my company details because he is too lazy. I have also not received the invoice for the rental.

Slow call centres and stopped debit order do not stop.
Stopping Debicheck Debit orders does not work. The frustrating bit, is the extremely long call holding times when I try to call the bank.

Standard Bank Centurion Lifestyle - Bad service
Made a booking for a passport application at Standard Bank Centurion Lifestyle Centre. Staff are rude and arrogant, could not find my name on their list and refused to process the application.

Nike Concept Stores are Badly Run
Nike Concept Store in Mall of Africa should be avoided. It is difficult to get assistance from staff. Shoes don't have prices on them. If it was any other store, without the Nike brand no-one would buy from them.

Will be reporting Skynet to ICASA
Posted on Hellopeter on 3 October, then I received a call from someone at Skynet the next day with an excuse on their IT systems. She promised to call back the next day. Over a week later and no return call as yet. It is now over 1 month since I paid the customs duties and no delivery! Will be lodging a complaint with ICASA.

Skynet is worse than the Postoffice
I purchased items from 4 different online stores on Aliexpress. Orders from 3 of the stores are with Skynet. Skynet contacted me 3 weeks ago on 11 September for the Customs payment, which I promptly paid on the same day. It is now over 3 weeks later and they still haven't given me a reference number to collect the orders from Paxi. The item from the 4th Aliexpress store came via the Postoffice, which notified me 2 weeks ago. I collected from the post office last week. Skynet is quick to collect money but cannot deliver. The South African Post Office provides a better delivery service than Skynet.

Promotional Products not in stock for weeks.
The PnP Cake Wheat Flour 2.5kg was advertised for R19.99 over the last few weeks. However, PnP Kyalami on Main did not have stock during this promotion. I also checked at PnP Mall of Africa last week Wednesday. They also did not have stock. Promotional products should at least be in stock. You should also consider placing a Rain Check notice on shelves were promotional items are sold old. This will at least keep customers informed about the rain check option. This should be a standard policy at all your stores. Customers should not have to speak to the store manager every time they need a rain check. The store manager probably has more important duties to attend to.

DAW381 - Poor Quality Washing Machines
I purchased a new DAW381 washing machine yesterday. When I turn the programme knob to one of the programmes the light comes on. So the machine is getting power, but it does not start. I pressed the start button and nothing happens. There are many similar reports on Facebook. It seems as if these washing machines are of a poor quality.
