Good day, I takealot on 13/12/2025 to report receiving wrong item. I requested assistance from a manager. Only received assistance on afternoon of 17/12/2025. Issue is still unresolved and still waiting for customer service manager to. I have made numerous requests for assistance, with no success. Ticket # 68772982. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed.
Worst experience. I recently made purchase at makro online, my order was cancelled. Makro has no control of their 3rd party vendors. Then the nightmare began. Struggling to get my refund. The customer service is non existent from top. down. Can't report to regional manager as the info@massmart.co.za does not respond to emails. The phone remains unanswered. I dealt with Paul van Der Waal and Seshni Govender and it's just promise, that is not fulfilled.
I have been trying to get assistance from Ariston HeatTech manager Raymond Saayman who refuses to return my calls or respond to my emails. I have also left a request on the Ariston website for assistance and nothing. We had a geyser problem, they appointed a plumber who caused damage and they refused to assist with the repair complaint.
I recently raised an issue with takealot. I tried many attempts to contact their management team but assistance was not forthcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when takealot eventually made contact with me and resolved my issue.
I purchased an immersion water heater which has burnt out. I have tried for 7 days to get hold of a customer service manager to raise my concerns with this defective product. I have tried to make contact with numerous messages and phone calls, with no success. The management team does not respond. Please be careful with the the products, especially the electrical products purchased on takealot. The after sales is also non-existent.
Good day. I have been purchasing sensodyne toothpaste for years, recently I found a tube of toothpaste that is defective. I reported it to Haleon and received a case number 05886981. I'm sitting with the defective product and they keep saying they're investigating and will get back to me, this has been 26 days now. I'm not sure how this investigation is happening without the defective product and how long can it take to establish the batch when I have provided the barcode details? Users please be careful out there. The toothpaste has a discoloration.
