I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the continued delay in receiving my completion letter. Today is 12 February 2026, and despite numerous follow-ups since December 2025, I have still not received this essential document. During my period of study, I was consistently reminded of outstanding fees and was, on three separate occasions, threatened with being handed over should payment not be made. I ensured that all fees were settled in full and on time. Now that I have successfully completed my degree and all payments are up to date, I find it both unfair and disheartening that I must repeatedly follow up for a completion letter that should have been issued without delay. I was initially informed that completion letters would be issued at the end of December 2025 or early January 2026. While I did receive my results, no completion letter was provided. Upon following up, I was then advised that the letter would be issued by the end of January 2026. We are now well into February, and I have yet to receive any formal communication or the required document. This delay is directly affecting my professional progress. I am required to submit my completion letter to my employer as part of discussions regarding my new contract. Due to the ongoing delay, I remain on my current salary, which is both financially and professionally prejudicial. I find it extremely concerning that responses take 5–7 days, often with inconsistent information. As a student who has paid substantial tuition fees and met all financial obligations, I expected greater efficiency, professionalism, and respect. I request that my completion letter be issued and sent to me before the end of this week. Kindly treat this matter as urgent.
I would like to ask debtsafe to please remove my name from their list. I have not requested any service or quotation from you. I was informed from my bank that I'm under debt review which is not true at all. Please can someone from debtsafe contact me and clear my name.
I would like to share my disappointment towards debtbusters SA. I do not have any account with them and I certainly did not apply for anything with them and yet they have put my name on their system. My bank have notified me that my name is on for debt review. So please Debtbusters, clear my name from your system as what you are doing is ******* and ********. Very bad service.
Poor communication and no student support. Assignments with problematic questions. Students not being informed on time of amendments made on assignments, negatively impacting my grade for the assignment. I had to write a supplementary paper with only few days notice, then having to wait longer than a month for the results and then it is still not updated. It is delaying registration, but I already received two weeks ago an email saying I need to fill in the new registration form for my second, but I don't have my final marks yet. Feels like regent are only chasing money and do not care a bit for students and their future. Very unhappy. The service is not worth the money I paid for this course.
Hi supersonic. You have send me an sms saying I owe money, which is not true. Now you have switched off my Internet connection. I have emailed you the proof of payment. I phoned your office no one is answering and even try to communicate on whatsup. Still NO HELP. So for how long will I have to be without Internet and still I need to pay full amount at the end of the. But clearly this is a problem from your side. And by the way clients are complaining on Hello Peter, seems like someone is not doing their job and management is definitely not caring for their clients needs.
I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the recent incident involving your company, Max Law. It has come to my attention that an unauthorized debit was made from my account without my consent. I have attempted to contact their customer service department numerous times to address this issue, but unfortunately, I have been met with extreme frustration. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I was unable to speak with a representative who could assist me. This incident has severely undermined my trust in Max Law. Your agents and managers have repeatedly assured me that no money would be deducted from my account without my approval. However, it is clear that this promise was broken, as I discovered a deduction at the end of the month without receiving any corresponding service. This is very disrespectful, and trust me they do not care.
Avis are very very poor with communication. Firstly they send emails and sms'e saying I spoke to an agent which I never did. Then they threatened me about handing me over, but I only received the invoice in that same month!!! Now I'm waiting for about over a week now for any feedback and the paid up invoice. And then I received an email saying apologies for getting back to you now, but my email was send on 11th of April. Almost a month of getting back to me. Very bad service. And very unprofessional.
