I ordered from Vitatech Health on the weekend of Black Friday. My order was delivered on the 4th of December. To my surprise a small box with only 4 bottles. The rest of my order seems to be missing in action. I reach out to them, and they never rep**** back. I finally decided to try for a solution and send a message on Facebook (x 3). That person promised that the rest of my order would be delivered last week. Needless to say, I am still waiting!!
First time ordering online from them and they exceeded my expectations. Very quick response back and delivery was just as fast. Well done!
Made an online order on the 7th of May through Omninela. On the 13th of May got a message that they are experiencing delays, and some orders might be delayed by a few additional days. On the 23rd of May I enquired about the order, followed up on the 26th, just to hear that they are waiting for stock. Online stated that they do have stock of the product in question when I ordered. After a few more enquiries from my side, I requested a refund on the 10th of June, seeing that they can't fulfil the order! I send through my banking details on the 11th of June and received confirmation on the 13th of June that it was forwarded to the accounts department. From then radio silence!!! No refund, no reply on my emails this past week!!! Just a warning to think long and hard before ordering from this company.
I can also say, stay far away from buying anything through Makro online. Received a faulty product and it's been more than a mission to get it returned or refunded. You only get a lot of empty promises (and only after you write a review on here). After weeks of struggle got an email that the refund has been approved. After another few weeks, after I query the refund to be told that it's rejected and even false claims that I went to the store!!! My next step will be to warn everyone on social media as well.

Very poor customer service. Waiting for resolution about an order that was approved for refund on the 4th of April. That was after a few emails and request for refund on the website. A week later and another few mails and still nothing! So I would really advise not to buy electronics through Amazon South Africa
I ordered orange leggings from Zalemart and was contacted on Sunday that the "peach" leggings are out of stock but they do have "orange" ones. Orange was what I ordered on the website. After back and forth via Whatsapp, I decided to settle for the "orange" ones even though one was a reject. Needed it by Saturday. Yesterday the package arrived at the colour is far from "orange". Been trying to book a refund via email, whatsapp and the website with no results. No one gets back to you and on the website I get "not returnable"!! This is not what I ordered!
Takealot has once again delivered. Excellent communication from the start and right through the process. Delivered on time and due to a fault on my part, ordering the wrong item, return and refund went smoothly!
Ordered some pool cleaning accessories from Makro online. After no communication the order arrived a day later than expected delivery. After opening the box, I noticed that there were no protective coverings and that the pool brush was put into the pool net. The brush has damaged the net. Numerous emails later and a phone call yesterday, with a new email address no response or solution to get a new net. There are no communication, and the order online still shows "in process".
Decided to give Snatcher a try with a Black Friday Air Fryer Special on the 26th Nov. First the Payflex payment show an error online, so you are not sure if it were successful. Did get an email after that it went through. Then no communication. A week and a day later they realised the item is now suddenly out of stock! A day after the original order I placed another order. Only to receive a message after a week that the original colour that I picked was now unavailable. Two orders, both with issues. Very poor service and I will think long and hard before ordering again. Will rather pay more and receive better service!
