I placed an online order with Zalemart early November 2025, and nearly two weeks later I still had no tracking number, no shipping update, and no meaningful response to emails, website messages, or WhatsApp inquiries. The lack of communication alone is incredibly concerning, not to mention, frustrating and unprofessional. Today, 20 November 2025, I finally received a phone call from them — only to be told that the item I ordered is actually not in stock, despite being advertised and sold to me online. Instead of a solution, they offered me a reject item plus a R50 credt… as if I would ever order from them again after this experience. To make matters worse, the person I spoke to couldn’t even confirm if or when I will receive my refund. This is completely unacceptable. A business that cannot provide basic order updates, cannot manage stock accurately, and cannot confirm refunds should not be in business, never mind offering an online shopping service at all. I now demand a clear answer on exactly when my refund will be processed — no more excuses, delays, or vague responses. I would not recommend Zalemart to anyone.

****! ****! ****!! DO NOT order online. I ordered school shoes; it seemed really legit when I received and conformation email and WhatsApp. After a week of no communication, I first tried the WhatsApp number, you are communication with a bot and then tried phoning the number on the website...it worked the first time (they were supposed to come back to me with an answer within 2 hours) and then I was blocked. No shoes and no refund.

Being ****med money by Zalemart. I ordered denim and a diffent size was sent to me when i lodged a return i was told the size i ordered its the correct one in another country. What nonsensical thing is that. How is it possible that the size ordered online is different when delivered and told its another country size. ****med and want my money back. According to CPA what you put on a product is what a consumer must pay for and not something else.

I bought jeans from Zalemart unfortunately they did not fit and I lodge a return on their website. I was given info on how to return the jeans. I did exactly that. It's been over 2 months now. They did not collect the jeans and I am still without my refund. PAXI sent me a message saying parcel not collected. Their services is beyond poor.

I bought jeans from Zalemart unfortunately they did not fit and I lodge a return on their website. I was given info on how to return the jeans. I did exactly that. It's been over 2 months now. last year i ordered jean and wrong size was brought so this year i bought 2 jeans again and they also brought wrong sizes which they lousy reasons , they lady says i must give away the jean or need a buyer🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 i mean come on .....

I ordered orange leggings from Zalemart and was contacted on Sunday that the "peach" leggings are out of stock but they do have "orange" ones. Orange was what I ordered on the website. After back and forth via Whatsapp, I decided to settle for the "orange" ones even though one was a reject. Needed it by Saturday. Yesterday the package arrived at the colour is far from "orange". Been trying to book a refund via email, whatsapp and the website with no results. No one gets back to you and on the website I get "not returnable"!! This is not what I ordered!

I still haven't received my parcel and ways of communicating with zalemart are limited to their whatsapp number, which didn't help me in resolving this matter. Whenever I contact them on whatsapp, I never get an agent to chat with. Latest communication, they said they were gonna send an email to Pep paxi to follow up, I never got a feedback about that. I called Pep Paxi by myself, only for them to tell me that, my parcel was delivered in province. I had provided my full physical address, Zalemart has been sending me from Pillar to Post. I so wish that they can just refund me my money, and keep their jeans.
