I called discovery bank on the 19th of December asking they send me a proof of payment for a purchase I made on the 9th of September. I could not find the POP on their app hence I called. I was told the POP will be requested and send to me. I am still waiting till today. I'm not happy about that
I have read so many bad reviews and sunbet is not responding to any of them, I deposited money yesterday and it's not not reflecting on my account. I have also withdrawn some money on Monday. The money is still not being paid to me. I have written so many emails and still not assisted. I regret placing my bets on Sunbet. Betway never disappoints. I am so frustrated

After writing a bad review about Assupol last week. I can still say my claim has not been captured. I will still emphasize that Assupol is unprofessional and their claims department is useless. You can hold on for the claims department for over an hour and you still will not be assisted. I would strongly advise people not to take a funeral policy with this company. I have been reading reviews about this company and I have not seen a positive one. Clealy there is something wrong in the company.
Assupol claims Department is really not doing their job, you call to be kept on hold for more than 4 hours. When you send an email you get an auto response that they will get back to you within 3 hours. I submitted a claim on Wednesday and I however haven't gotten a response from them. I have been calling several times but with no help. I'm supposed to bury my child on Sunday and it is now Friday afternoon. Still have not heard anything from them. People are sleeping on their job. I am Extremely disappointed. Assupol is a disappointment.
I bought jeans from Zalemart unfortunately they did not fit and I lodge a return on their website. I was given info on how to return the jeans. I did exactly that. It's been over 2 months now. They did not collect the jeans and I am still without my refund. PAXI sent me a message saying parcel not collected. Their services is beyond poor.
I am very disappointed with the capitec license disk renewal. I thought I found an easy way to renew my license disk. I renew my licence disk through the capitec banking app on the 30th of October, till to date I have not received my disk. I made several calls to capitec but still I was not helped. Someone called me on Monday saying I will receive my disk the following day. I have still not received it. I am driving around with an expired disk now. I will advise people not to renew their disk through the capitec banking app.
I had purchased a few items on takealot. I returned 2 of those items and asked to be refunded. It's almost 2 weeks now and I have not yet received my refunds. I have sent emails back and forth, Takealot claim they have refunded me. I sent them my bank statement to show I have not received my money back from them. They still have not responded. I like to shop at takealot because it is convenient, but I am truly disappointed on how the are handling this situation
