Worst service
Worst service ever bought a washing machine the end of November 2024 product was deliver 2 weeks later. We unpacked the machine and there was a dent on the side Im 100% sure they knew about this before they delivered the product after a lot of phone calls and emails, they exchange the machine 5 weeks later, received the machine on Friday 18 January 2025 worst than the first machine, they send me a display unit that is full of scratches and scuff you can see it was a demo product. I paid for a new machine not a display one, this is just unacceptable!!!!!!

WORST BANK WORST SERVICE
Worst BANK worst service will not use CAPITEC BANK ever again, lost a lot of money because of CAPITEC, waited over a year for a refund from a Airlines asked Capitec to help me they just try to help with all the *********** staff working for Capitec after a year they just told me they cant do anything to get my money back I lost over the R40 000 because of Capitec, I will now close all my accounts with them and never ever use or recommend them.

WORST SERVICE EVER
WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED FROM A COMAPANY MY INTERNET WAS OFF TWICE TODAY WHEN I PHONE THEY CUT ME OFF SO I CANT EMAIL SUPPORT. I ALSO HAVE VOICE SERVICE BUT CANT USE THAT IF I DONT HAVE INTERNET. HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE VOICE APP FROM THE START PHONED A FEW TIMES THAT THEY NEED TO FIX THAT BUT AFTER THAT IT'S DOING THE SAME, THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE VOICE SERVICES I CAN CANCEL IT ANYTIME BUT THATS NOT TRUE, YOU NEED TO GIVE THEM NOTICE AND PAY ANOTHER MONTH. THEY JUST HAVE A LOT OF STORIES SERVICE IS BAD INTERNET IS BAD VOICE SERVICE IS BAD. AND IN 5 MONTHS THEY INCREASED MY PREMIE TWICE FOR ******* SERVICE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
