Great service
I've ordered three times from Optimized. The delivery is quick. Two of the three orders were delivered the next business day. I was happy with the products I ordered.

Prepaid MTN Super Data did not work
I bought the 200GB MTN super data bundle in December 2023 for R399. For some reason, I could not access the internet after 7:00 AM for the whole day. It was as if it was a midnight data bundle, and yet it is an anytime bundle. I did migrate to the Super Data pland beforehand, and I did check coverage. I contacted customer service on about 6 different occasions, and they could not help me, so it was a waste of money. All they would say is they've done a reset and it should work, but it never did in the end. I initially was excited when this product came out because it is good value for money. Anyway, I'm probably never going to buy MTN products again after this.

Card replacement at own cost
I bought a card and loaded money on it. Two weeks later, it stopped working, and now I must replace it at my own cost. It's not damaged or anything, still in good condition,. The fault is not on my side.

Unfair penalty fees
The scanners on the buses for route C4, C5, T3 do not work. So during loadshedding we are penalized R30 because we cannot tap out.

No delivery
The application process was quick and easy, but the delivery got cancelled twice. I am still waiting for the third attempt at delivery, and will update my review accordingly.
